Scratched Easily
Loved the frames, delivery & everything else fine, however, a few months in & my lenses are scratched, despite paying extra for scratch proof etc.
They want me to photo my lenses, not easy. Just believe your customers!
Have used glasses direct before & ordered four pairs this time, I definitely think the lenses are inferior this time round.
From Glasses Direct's reply 'scratch proof' does not mean their glasses won't scratch. My glasses from Boots have never scratched, luckily, as I'm having to wear my old ones.
I think its a case of you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

We are extremely sorry to hear that there have been a few issues relating to the order.
Upon checking the order, we can confirm that the lenses does contain a scratch resistant coating, however, this does not make them completely scratch proof. This will only protect from small surface scratches at best, but will lessen the impact of scratches in general.
You're more than welcome to return the glasses, and we will be happy to inspect the lenses for you to ensure this coating has been applied correctly. However, if there are no issues with the coating itself, then there may be a charge if you would like the lens replaced. We would of course discuss this with you before going ahead.
