Unable to cancel service - avoid like the plague!

Disappointed that a full year's worth of subscription failed to result in all the supposed data brokers completing the request to remove my data.

Therefore I emailed Incogni, a few weeks before renewal was due, to ask that they NOT renew my subscription. They failed to do this, and now I have been charged for another year.

I strongly recommend that you don't sign up with Incogni unless you want to be a perpetual donor!
