Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. They charged me over a thousand dollars for a supposed "scratch to the paint" of the car. I gave them proof (a video) that the vehicle was not scratched when I turned it in and they nevertheless charged me for the nonexistent damage. They also refused to review their own security footage, which would have shown I left the car in perfect condition. Sixt will charge you for damages without any evidence that the damage (1) exists; and (2) was caused by the customer. Do not use them!
