I wrote a review of AXA Health outlining the positives and negatives and received a response outlining how the service has changed. Well, as circumstances had it, I needed to see a re-visit a specialist soon after and I am amazed at the speed of the responses I have had from AXA. It’s like the old service it used to be: prompt, reliable, understanding of the urgency of medical matters. I received responses within hours and not days, and follow up queries have been treated with the same amount of diligence. I am most impressed. In a world where service leaves much to be desired, this was excellent service. Thank you very much.
