Horrible company! I do not recommend to anybody. Driver left me alone in the transfer station at 2 a.m. and endangered my life by this!
I didn't reach my final destination on the bus. I was left at Rzeszow!!!
I had to wait another 2 hours at the station and buy a new ticket.
Also the carrier hasn't provided conditions to transfer a heavy luggage. The bus is very uncomfortable for this purpose. I just couldn't lift my luggage to the cargo compartment and the driver refused to help me.
Moreover, Infobus refused to take any responsibilities for this and refund the ticket.

UPD: In the end, the company returned the money to me for the failed trip and apologized. If they had started with this, that would have been a different story.
