My first border crossing.... For those thinking of a Greece to Turkey crossing
Just want to say first the drivers were actually really nice guys with a smile. It helped a lot actually. WIFI was a plus and helped me plan ahead

1. The bus was 2 hours late.
2. There was 15 minutes of paperwork issue
3. There was a 5 minute stop to discuss paperwork again.
4. The drivers both smoked a lot of the journey inside
5. The border was a mess. Greek side and Turkish side.
6. THERE WAS NO TOILET ON THE BUS
7. Being over an hour on the Greek side I went to the toilet. Then we got off and went again at duty free. No communication on toilet stops. I was thirsty waiting 2 hours delay assuming the bus had a toilet. Made me journey pure stress.
8. We were messed around at the Turkish side driving the wrong way up and down and we weren't getting told much only when issues happen.
9. We had a small detour stop for about 6 people to get off. Not on the plan.
10. Arrived 5 hours late. The whole journey said 4 hours and ended up being nearly double.

I lost my enthusiasm to continue my trip for a few more days and flew home early.
