Many bad reviews that don't reflect what I think...
With so many bad reviews I feel the obligation of posting my real experience.
Customer service: very good. I contacted them 2 times over silly question and they quickly came back to me.
Transparency: it's good. Maybe can be better, and improve the communication.
Info: they provide a LOT of information. I know some other platforms what state guru provides it's pretty good.
Default loans: yeah, I'm scared too and have many defaulted loans but it's not their default! Blame governments who screwed up the economy. Also they eventually recover your money, again, as far as I know, is not they fault that legal procedures take so long (to sell collateral).
