I ordered a refurbished VivoActive 3 watch. It arrived in perfect condition and worked well. I decided to return it because the heart rate was inconsistent (the VivoActive 4 appears to have upgraded the heart rate detection). I asked for help to return it and they sent a USPS postage paid label via email within a day. Great customer service!! Thank you.
