A nightmare of an experience... spent a whole day trying to sort out what was an error from my side. Asked them to remove a name I added by mistake, they asked for a 100 USD to do it, or recommended I cancel and re-book, which I did but the voucher they sent me was on the name I put in with a mistake. Couldn't use it, so I was asked to send another email to request a change... recommendation: Just ensure you do not encounter the customer service team, you will end up depressed. All I did for a day was send emails to Fly Dubai and talk to customer service whose names for the love of God you will never get... Stay away from Fly Dubai
