I purchased an HDD for my PC and still after 2 weeks when I check the item by the carrier, my parcel is in the Netherlands ! (It was supposed to arrive last week!)
What makes it worse is the customer service they provide on this website. I tried to contact them on the online chat and WhatsApp twice; first time they just said my parcel is being shipped and closed the chat. Second time they didn't even respond and just close the chat. I can not even cancel my order now.
