Totale truffa. Il biglietto acquistato non esisteva e l'ho dovuto ricomprare da altra compagnia. Il contact center via chat prende in giro i clienti facendo finta di rispondere. Ho chiamato il numero di telefono per l'assistenza in Italia e risponde una concessionaria di auto che non sa nulla di infobus. Mi hanno rubato i soldi.
