Thank you for your recent order with Chemist Direct.

We are very sorry that the delivery of your order was delayed.
I have looked into this and can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 9th January. When placing the order, you can choose which international delivery option you would like. The option to send via local post service instead of courier was selected. The tracking shows that delivery was attempted on January the 19th by the local postal service. This delivery failed. Re delivery was then made to yourself on the 26th January.
We do advise that for delivery to Sweden it can take 3-10 working days. Unfortunately, as the first delivery attempt failed this time was extended.
