I emailed Basis Pet inquiring about an item that was out of stock, and they emailed me back the very next morning letting me know when they expected the items to be back in stock, and also letting me know that they would notify me when it was back in stock. Which they did!

The quality of their products is great, and they really care about and appreciate their customers.
