Nothing but scam..They offer such BS about having to change packaging to comply with trade partners. The product is BLISTEX, which this company calls lip wrinkle repair, The dispenser is EXACTLY the Blistex container. Same taste, smell and feel is DEFINITELY Blistex They are liars and thieves. Their return policy assures that THEY KEEP all but about 30% of what is paid.

Impossible to open an account - Terrible onboarding experience!

I have been trying to open a business account with Zyla for some time now, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Their onboarding system seems completely broken or overly reliant on faulty bots.

Despite being a legitimate business, I keep facing constant errors and rejections without any clear explanation. There is no proper support to guide you through the glitches, just automated roadblocks. I have wasted days trying to get this to work.

If you are looking for a reliable financial partner that values your time, look elsewhere. I am still waiting for a real human to resolve my issue. Very disappointed.

Misleading onboarding, frozen funds, and months of wasted time (WorldFirst / ZYLA).

I had an extremely negative experience with WorldFirst and its US affiliate ZYLA, and I feel compelled to warn other business owners — particularly those running legitimate wholesale or multi-channel businesses.

Misleading onboarding & poor disclosure
I initially engaged WorldFirst specifically because I required:
A US business account
Ability to receive wholesale payments
Access to a debit/credit card to operate my business

At no point was it clearly disclosed to me that I would ultimately be onboarded under ZYLA, nor was I properly informed of ZYLA’s severe limitations. Had this been made clear upfront, I would never have proceeded.

WorldFirst had full visibility of my business structure and revenue sources (Amazon, Shopify and wholesale) and still directed me into a product that was fundamentally not fit for purpose.
Legitimate funds frozen without justification
After onboarding, ZYLA withheld legitimate business funds received from an established, well-known wholesale retailer. Despite:
Providing full payment proof
Explaining the commercial relationship
Demonstrating the legitimacy of the transaction

The funds were repeatedly delayed, challenged, or threatened to be returned — placing my business cash flow at risk for no valid reason.

This was not fraud.
This was not a suspicious transaction.
This was a known retailer paying a legitimate invoice.

Yet ZYLA continued to restrict access to funds that rightfully belonged to the business.
Endless escalation, no accountability
What followed was weeks of:
Circular email responses
Repeatedly explaining the same facts to different people
No single accountable decision-maker
Constant shifting of responsibility between WorldFirst and ZYLA
Even when clear evidence was provided, the process did not materially progress. The time, stress, and operational disruption caused were significant.
Business impact
Because of WorldFirst’s referral and ZYLA’s restrictions:
I lost valuable time
I incurred business disruption
I was unable to operate efficiently
I was forced to seek alternative banking arrangements
This experience was entirely avoidable had proper disclosure and suitability checks been done at the start.
Final warning

If your business involves anything beyond basic Amazon or Shopify receipts, especially:
Wholesale
Distributors
Larger ticket invoices
Card requirements

Be extremely cautious.

WorldFirst should not be referring businesses to ZYLA without clearly disclosing the limitations and risks. And ZYLA should not be freezing legitimate business funds while offering no clear resolution pathway.

I would not use either service again, and I strongly recommend other business owners look elsewhere.

My experience with Zyla has been…

My experience with Zyla has been extremely disappointing. Their website looks unprofessional and unreliable, and the quality of their service is far below expectations.

They rejected my application without giving any valid explanation, after wasting my time with a confusing, inefficient, and non-transparent process. In fact, I never intended to work with them I don’t even know this company but based on what I’ve seen, I would not recommend Zyla to anyone.

This company seems completely disorganized with very poor customer service. In my opinion, it’s a total waste of time, and now I understand why so many customers complain about their services.

This is a big scammer I send 600$ to the brand for purchase some product but the brand can say me your payment was not send me.
So I complain to zyla but they say the payment was send after that the brand send me the bank statement
So the payment was not send to brand. It this time the payment have 9 day but they payment was not send.
Be careful from this bank this is a big scammer scammer scammer

Probably the worst fintech org in the world.

I received my first payment to my Zyla account and I was asked to provide the proof of transaction for verification. I shared all the relevant files and its radio silence after that. No replies, no verification, no declination, no replies to the emails, no attending the calls, no response from my designated contact and none from the complaints department. It has been 2 weeks and I have not been able to touch my funds. I hope I'm wrong but this seems like a scam company which were here to swindle money from users and run. Its crazy how easy this is for companies due to weak laws.

My 2 euro deposits get rejected, because its from third party. basically, u can't use zyla to get paid, u can only use it to depo from ur own bank lmao

so far, so good; a bit too nosy

Application process seems efficient.

update after 1+ year:
It's still working fine, well - OK-ish let's say. They are a bit difficult to deal with compared to the competion. Be prepared to hand in supporting documents for each new payee or payer.
