If someone needs something that is only available at Costco and you are not a member of Costco, using Zumzum is the best solution. It has a very reasonable price and great service

It's wonderful to be able to get some of my regular products without a trip to Costco, especially those that may not be at my local store any more.
And the service is amazing!

I can get the same product on line rather than go to Costco to purchase it

Honestly I liked ZumZum service , but recently they stopped delivering to my address. The worst part of that is there is no way to clarify why. It is not a customer oriented attitude. Never met such an attitude for companies in Canada. Completely disappointed.

Everything was connected and very clear from the ordering to delivery.Emails sent were very clear what to expect and when. Even before delivery letting you know time frame to expect the delivery. Alina was also very efficient in delivering. Excellent job.

I’ve placed several orders here, and every one has been handled very professionally.

Their website is excellent and you have the ability to alter your order if you need to change something up till the delivery date. Discounts from Costco are applied.

The notifications on the actual delivery day are very helpful and you get plenty of notice in advance as to exactly when the order will be delivered.

Wonderful service and delivery. I was kept appraised along every step of the delivery. The delivery person also called to let me know that they just dropped of the package. They also provided a picture to a text for a visual. The service was unlike others that just drop off the package without any notification or even a ring of the door bell.

Didn't follow directions. The purpose of delivery is to your front door. The driver delivered my products outside my door where my items could be stolen. The directions were to open outside door upstairs and to leave at my front door. I aggravated my back even more and I was charged a service fee. Not good.

I'm happy, my mother for banned Dinakay11 at g mail bc she wrote a bad review.lol

No issues for me hopefully you'll take her back.
