Zumzum delivered the thing. But between the delivery fee and mandatory gratuity it would have been cheaper to take an uber to Costco and pick it up myself. Meh.

Fast delivery, definitely worth while for getting bulk items without spending hours driving and shopping

My order was processed and delivered in the time frame as confirmed. Follow up email and text message, including a call from the driver when 15 minutes away from my home. Customer service and communication is 5 stars.

I used to give 5 stars I’ve started using them during pandemic was very helpful. Till recently I kept ordering “message” pop in to say no longer deliver to this address. Sent emails no response .
Very disappointing . They did very good service before.

Lovely delivery person, accommodating

The fact that I had an emergency and had to leave and it was delivered smoothly anyhow.
The only thing was that one item was out of stock and it was not showing in the ininventory till last minute.

Delivery lady was very unprofessional. She insisted she followed the GPS map but she didn’t. She delivered my elderly parents over to a different street. She didn’t even know where and just told me to have my dad go find it. If he couldn’t he would have to call zum zum customer service. She just was rude and made it seem like she played no part in her mistake.

Only 3 items out of 5 that were ordered and paid for were actually delivered.

I've been receiving deliveries from zumzum but now when I try to log in they say they don't deliver to my address I tried placing an order tried logging in many times when I type in the street address it says delivery Friday if put in the apt number they don't deliver however if I put a different apt number on they deliver what type of discrimination is this

Reliable in delivering order as per scheduled. Good in communicating the expected time of delivery and gave a one hour window.
