I read the reviews on google before deciding to place an order. Although many negatives, I just went ahead and placed an order and it went very well. No hassle, nothing off and the delivery lady, Alina, was very sweet. I will use this platform again as some things I'm used to getting from costco are no longer available in store or online. So we'll keep zum zum for now, on specialties.

Zumzum is a great way to order groceries. They update you with status and the drivers deliver in a timely manner. It's worth it to give them a try.

Ordering was easy, the website was very easy to navigate. The only issues I have are lack of flexibility. There was no input from me on what date the order would be delivered. There is also no ability to change the order once the shopper starts. I understand that they might not have the technology for live updates but I would’ve appreciated being able to cancel my order if key items were not available. My shopper was completely professional and pleasant, she was on time and apologized for items that were not available, which, of course was not her fault. I would consider using them again.

Yes!! It's legit!! I'm in Brampton and ordered several items yesterday. I got a text immediately saying my "chauffeur" will deliver my order today and low and beyond it arrived! And during the time period promised. I've always wanted to take advantage of the great deals at Costco but didn't want to pay the membership fee and now I can. Even with the automatic gratuity added, I still saved money. One happy camper!! Will be ordering over and over again!

Great reliable service. Way better than Costco online. Ordered a few times from them before and will be ordering from them regularly from now on.

Was hesitant to try any frozen or refrigerated items, since we live far from the Costco business center they use. But happy to say everything came at the perfect temperatures. All frozen items were frozen solid and all refrigerated items were properly cold.

Nicely packed,the shopper went out of her way letting me know that items were outside my door.

I ordered a product and on delivery day I found out it was not available when the other products were delivered. I should have been notified that it was not available. I would have cancelled my entire order.

This is going to sound scripted, LOL, but I was apprehensive about using zumzum and it's legitimacy. But I was please with the experience. I was able to place my order and receive an email about the date for delivery. The day before (I think) I was informed of the timeframe. Then the day of was provided the window of hours the delivery would come and it arrived as promised.
