The platform is straightforward and meets my trading needs so far. Hope the experience remains the same in future as well.

Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences with ZULU Trade. I am a professional trader and have more than 15 years of experience in FX trading. I am ranked as one of the TOP traders on many platforms. Unfortunately, ZULU Trade is the only platform that does not manage to correctly calculate the simplest evaluation criteria of an account. FOR EXAMPLE: The maximum draw-down of my account is calculated completely wrong. And the best thing is: It changes daily with the number of trades. Signal followers cannot rely on the fact that the displayed max. draw down is really the maximum draw down during the entire account life. My profit curve is also displayed completely incorrectly. Some trades are not taken at all. Some are counted as negative when they were positive, etc. The problems are endless. And first of all: My strategy is neither a high speed scalping strategy nor a very spread sensitive strategy. I open my trades with plenty of room to breathe and room to take profit. As this is position trading, speed and spread play a subordinate role here. And yet ZULU Trade seems to lag in such a way that followers don't really get the results I have and can't even begin to form a judgement about my hisotry. That is a great pity. ZULU Trade has lost a very good trader in me.

I hope this is a warning to all signal providers and copiers who are considering getting involved with ZULU Trade.

They can not connect my real and funded FXview account for 2 days.

I have been contacting the support desk but they are always telling me that they forward the issue to the relevant department.

But, in the end nothing happens. I am not updated with the recent progress of my issue.

If you register to their web site and if you are in trouble for some reason - forget about help.

Very, very bad technical assistance.

UPDATE on 04/19/2024: The problem is still here and not solved despite they contact me with email and explain the problem and I did everything they said.

Their system is not capable of understanding this issue and advise accordingly. This is one.

Secondly, Zulutrade tech-team is not capable enough to fix such problems, which 100% resulted from the deficiencies in their web site.

Thirdly, Still after I have done what they said the problem is not solved yet.

It is just how unbelievable how difficult to fix such problem.

Can you imagine how it will be difficult if you have more serious problems after registration!

Copy trading doesn't work. Don't spend any efforts. Contacted CS and I was assured it will be fixed in 24h. Spoiler alert - it wasn't.

They have stopped replying to my emails, profile hasnt been updated since december 2023.
Very strange behavior by the customer service and i haven't seen delays in the response as im with them since 2010.

Disappointed with the service on here, from delayed withdrawals to unprofessional customer service. It’s a stark contrast to the professionalism I’ve experienced with EAŠŸßEE where issues are addressed promptly. A reliable platform makes a world of difference in trading.

Copy trading is not trustful. Disconnections occurs and support says that "temporary disconnection may occur due to various reasons such as bad internet connection, broker maintenance, connectivity issue...".
After that, they just ask you to do support yourself "In case you notice this issue occurs again, or you have any more issues or questions please contact us immediately."
To summarise :
- Copy trading disconnect and you know nothing. No almert for disconnected account for you and the leader. No alert by mail, nothing
- You have to contact leader to close yourself missing trades ...
- You can have a look all day if this works and open a ticket so you do yourself the support ...

Will find a more trustful plateform, this is very limited and I lost all trust .. and money because trades were not closed correctly.

The worst App ever. These guys are fraud and scammers.

Two months ago, i told these guys to stop deducting money from my account cuz I'm not interested in their services anymore. They didn't stop. Also i tried to cancel my subscription and it never worked. Please refund my money.
This is the third time they are doing this even after I told them I disabled my account.

Here is their recent receipt which they sent today 8/11/2023

They did this some few minutes ago.

After Zulutrade couldn't restore the connection for a week and I lost 700 euros, nothing was compensated, in fact I didn't even get a response to my request for compensation.

Update.

You should have looked when I sent an email, now it's too late. I closed everything and took the money off. This way you lose more customers if you only respond when it is mentioned on trustpilot

Do not use Zulutrade....
The leaders may look profitable but eventually they all have lossess that are not managed at all so they can wipe out your account. The platform is also extremely buggy it never gives you an accuate reading of your funds and can change within 20-30% of your account balance everytime you hit refresh. Last thing is there no transparency around how the system runs it is extremely poor. Stay away if you want to keep your hard earned money

too much ads on youtube and make the volume low why is it so loud

I repeat after Leader. This was the first time I trusted another person in trading.
I spent some time studying the characteristics of Leaders in this service.
For me the most important thing was not the percentage of profitability, but how risky is this trader's trading strategy.
It is clear that Leaders do not share the secrets of their strategies. But thanks to analytics available on the service and that information in the description, I was able to find a suitable trader.

ZuluTrade is a perfect service if you want to try copy trading. It is very handy and is connected to many companies, so you will definitely find something interesting. Moreover, company provide a nice software which is comfortable to interact with.

I like pretty much everything about this company. The smooth brokers’ integration, the trading platforms supported and the main thing is that it is eligible to work in the US and the EU.
maybe the initial deposit from the brokers’ and traders’ side could be lower. Yet, you can find traders with smaller entry deposits.

I stared recently with zulutrade and everything works fine until today. My followed trader's trades were not copied to my account and when I asked zulutrade, they mentioned my broker has removed my account with them. Why would my broker do that all of a sudden? I checked with my broker and confirmed that my account is still linked to zulutrade. Then zulutrade said it could be a temporary server issue.

Come on zulutrade, don't push the blame to my broker without verifying properly first. If it's a glitch on your side, you admit it, face it and try to work out a solution for me. Till now I am still waiting for zulutrade's reply.

Trying out this platform to share my trades. Let’s see how it goes.

They are very transparent and their emloyees are very helpful. Trading menu is in laymans terms and well designed.

What they are telling on the website is actually true. Trading is absolutely not an easy thing to do, and that's why a lot of traders are losing money. So it was a decent idea for me as well when I first decided to trade copy trading.
I had some worries, but they didn't turn out to be true. Winning and losing are just part of the process. It's normal.

My early experience seemed fine, but lately I've been experiencing one technical issue after another with their platform. These are the recent two that have now caused me to ditch Zulutrade:

- After initially setting to follow a signal at a proportion of 1:1, I check back the next day to find that trades were being actually been copied at 10:1. Checking that it wasn't an error on my part, I could see that, yes, my settings were correct. It was an error with the platform. Not great.

- Just now, after waking up to find my signal provider had opened around 20 trades overnight that were now hundreds of dollars in the red (not Zulutrade's fault), I discover that the platform's 'close trade' button isn't working, and that, according to customer service, there is nothing they can do on their end to shut those trades down. Fortunatley I managed to close them all via MT5 before my account blew up entirely, but if I wasn't also using MT5, my account would empty by now.

These sorts of functions are the kind of things that you absolutley need to be working if you're going to be investing real money into a service. I doubt I'll be going back to Zulutrade again.
