I used my frother everyday for 6 years till it finally slowed down. I contacted the website and got a replacement with the lifetime guarantee. They sent me two new ones and I'm loving it.

I still havent received the replacement although delivery was scheduled to arrive 2 days ago and after I received this survey request. The product did not last well, despite limited use. Although the replacement was "free" I had to pay for shipping (which is late) even though I didnt pay for shipping in the original purchase. I received and "extra" product and I can only wonder if it is due to the product's pre-planned failure again.

I have to say thank you to Zulay company for their customer support when I had a frothier that was not working properly. The customer service support representative offered a replacement and also offered upgraded products as well as a stand, which I did not have. I did just replace my frother for a new one and bought a stand. I was very pleased with how easy it was to talk to a person and have my concern addressed and a replacement mailed out to me so fast. Thank you
Replacement water tank arrived with dirt inside
I ordered a new water reservoir for my coffee maker because the original one's handle broke (poor design ??). The replacement arrived today in a poorly packaged box. The water tank was obviously used and not cleaned; the tank was scratched on all sides, there were remnants of tape adhesive, and there were coffee grinds and other particles in the water filter and bottom of the tank.

I purchased a Zulay Kitchen Milk Boss from my local mall. I wasn’t familiar with the brand at the time, but the packaging prominently advertised a “LIFETIME WARRANTY + SATISFACTION GUARANTEE” in large, bold letters. The box stated, word for word:
“Purchase with confidence! This product comes with a Lifetime Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, or if there is any problem with your product, we will make this right for you with a replacement or refund.”
Based on this promise, I chose their product.
Less than one year later, the Milk Boss stopped working. When I contacted Zulay Kitchen to file a warranty claim, I was told they do not honor the warranty unless the product was purchased directly from them—despite the fact that I still have the original packaging, proof of purchase, and receipt.
Nowhere on the box does it state that the “lifetime warranty” only applies to direct purchases. I bought this product specifically because of the warranty advertised on the packaging. If that isn’t straightforward false advertising, I don’t know what is.
Buyer beware. Don’t be misled by the warranty claims—this company does not stand behind them.

Ordered a Zulay Kitchen Coffee Machine for $900 within 90 days it stopped working properly. The company sent me a replacement part and about 90 days after that part was replaced the machine stopped working again. I called and asked for assistance, completed all the troubleshooting, even sent in the machine to be repaired and I had to pay for the shipping. After the machine was returned back to me it again stopped working. The company sent me a “refurbished” machine as a solution, and to no surprise that machine is also defected. Avoid this company and their products. Maria at customer service has been the only one willing to help that’s why they deserve a 1 star other than that it would be 0 out of 5. Horrible experience will never purchase anything again from them.

Had an issue with a whisk, and called the number on the device. I real human picked up, replaced the whisk no questions asked and added a second whisk as a thank you. Great customer service. I will definitely buy other products from this company.
