I have used and LOVED Zulily for many years. I have never yet had a problem with products not having being delivered . On the very occasional occasion of my finding that the product did not fit according to their supplied size chart, the issue was dealt with immediately and super efficiently by a friendly team member from customer services. I have bought probably around 90 items from Zulily over the years. Totally and full heartedly recommend the company!!

Sent my items to wrong STATE in Australia.
I have emailed them many times to ask why my parcels were sent to NEW SOUTH Wales. They keep telling me i have received it. All they need to do is check their Tracking number to see where it went to in NSW Smeaton Grange. I will never order from this company again. So disappointed. I have rang the Smeaton Grange post and it has been delivered to the same named suburb as mine but the same named street does not exist there. Zuilly will not except my words that i have not received my parcel. Track the number and see clearly that it is in NSW and not WA

I ordered a size small sweater and the sweater was so large, I could have used it as a blanket. The sweater was not the color of the one I ordered which was a beautiful pink in the picture. You can return, but they charge you and you can only receive a store credit. Read carefully reviews (if you can find any) and the description. Will never order from them again.

They show nice fashions in their ads which is very deceiving because the items received are off sizes and low quality fabric. After placing my order, I waited weeks and the website kept on saying "order processing."
Thank goodness I paid with paypal where you can dispute the purchase. They are afraid of paypal. After filing a compalint I recieved my items within a week but as stated above the sizing was off and the quality awful. You have to return the items to China at you own expenses so I just chalked it up to a bad decision, and will only buy from established, reputable retailers in the future.

When they say cheap prices,they should also mention very cheap quality. If you don't like the quality, no problem. Return the merchandise for a credit minus return in itself minus restocking fee minus re packaging and no it does not stop there until they legally take over half of what you paid. They got me when I was down on my luck due to COVID, plus Zuilly included a late fee of 37.00 because of their policy that is barely visible to their eyes. shame on you guys, taking an elderly's good part of social security I live on.

I purchased two items from zulily. One was a purse that came in a reasonable amount of time and was as described. The second item was a coat that took so long to arrive that I almost forgot I had ordered it. It apparently came from Hong Kong, was cheaply made and looked it. The size was wonky and did not fit correctly. The cost to send it back was so expensive that I kept it. I would not order from them again.

Zulily is convenient for those who simply do not want to go out to real stores to shop. Now that that has been said; the styles are great but the material are very thin even for like sweaters, blouses, etc. I would literally have to put something underneath if I don't want to show off my bra. So, the prices are over rated as well as the clothes. So I'd rate them 3 Stars
simply because they have an easy return system.

The prices are cheap and nice clothing but the sizes are different from sizes I usually wearf, they were fast to respond and offer me my money back and to keep the clothing or donate .It was good the first few times i shopped on the site this last time there is an issue they wont ship my purchases until 3 weeks after purchase, so i am not too impressed about that.
