This company is awful. The masks I ordered do not fit- they are square and unadjustable. I tried to return them and they sent me two more!!!! $40.88 in the hole. No way to recoup this $. Do not buy from this company!!!!

I placed an order for 11 masks (same model) on November 13. They haven’t even been printed yet, let alone shipped: the order “is being processed”. At the time of the order, the shipping time was “up to 7 days”.
I sent two emails to ask for updates and a shipping date: I got two identical messages, automatically generated. It goes without saying neither actually answered my questions.
So much for the customer service.
I cannot complain about the product because after almost one month I haven’t received it.
So far, 2 stars, quickly running downhill to 1.
The story goes on: I have succeeded in getting a non-automatic reply (yeeeeeh), actually I got 3 as I insisted a lot (yeeeeh), I got back a total of 30$ (yeeeeh) out of 99$ (sucks) and now they have even stopped offering me a refund, they are only reassuring me that they will inform the production to speed up.
In other terms: they stole me 69$.

As of today, Dec 31, no further refund, order finally shipped on Dec 17, tracking provided wrong as it shows Nov 18 as date of shipment and Nov 27 as date of arrival in my Country (wow, first time I see an order traveling back in time...).
One star is far too much: this is the worst e-commerce ever.

Horrible company. Terrible customer service. And even worse quality products. Good luck getting a well deserved refund. It took me 27 emails back and forth to stop receiving promotional emails from them. Be warned and stay away. Far away.

My experience was similar to other reviewers. Received my overpriced mask it was not as advertised, way too large and not useable. Their response to my claim was that there was nothing wrong with the item, end of conversation. Should have researched them first.

Ordered 2 masks in early July only one arrived! Apparently there was an issue with the printing on the 2nd one, so when I finally managed to contact them got told to wait for a re print. Guess what, that's not arrived either and now I'm waiting for another one, FOUR months later. A difficult company to get in touch with and zero customer service.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. This company is a scam. Their masks are cool in pictures but are NOT what they advertised. Run as fast as you can. I stupidly spent $39 on 2 masks by the time they added in all the fees, and they will not refund. They looked so cool in pictures. They say it was not misrepresented. FACEBOOK you should be ashamed to run their scams on your app. It’s simple robbery.

This is a scam company!! Ordered two masks & they were totally different from their ad on Facebook. They were silk not breathable cotton, not fully put together, and the email notifications on the order were from a book company! I sent mine back & never received credit on my charge & no phone number or email is available. You wouldn’t mind but they cost $16.99 each!! Vera Bradley’s were only $8 and high quality. I like my shirt. It is the tye-dyed Just Dance shirt. The colors are bright and vivid. I am normally a 40/medium but get T-shirts a size larger for shrinkage. I should have gotten a medium. The tracking was nice.

This company steals artists' artwork and sells it as their own. They have stolen one of my designs and I have reported them to Facebook and three other sales outlets. They also sell under different names such as AmielJuilette on Etsy. They are a scam company with no real means of communication other than generic automated reply's. They need to be shut down.

Thank goodness I only ordered one. The print is too large for the mask so you can't read it when it is worn. For the price I'd expect better. It's just a square with 4 ends of elastic coming out of it. Too bad I didn't look at these reviews before I ordered one and saved myself some aggravation.

Do not buy anything from this company!!! The first masks they sent were huge squares with open-ended elastic that you had to tie.....impossible to wear, and the message could not be viewed completely. When I complained, they sent two new masks, with actual looped elastic, but the same square design that leaves huge gaps on each side of the face when you attempt to wear them. I filed a complaint again, and they denied it and denied me a refund. This is a bait and switch operation. Their products DO NOT come as advertised! Their fake phone number does not allow you to talk to a real person; it just refers you back to their very unhelpful website.

HORRIBLE! I ordered two masks and they were not as advertised on the website. It was only one layer, so it did not have a "pocket for a liner." It did not have a nose wire. It did not have adjustable ear loops. 3 false statements in the description. When I asked for a refund, instead they sent me replacement masks with the same defects. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered two masks. Very disappointed. The words on the masks are printed so large that you can’t read or even see them when you have the mask on. For $16 each i expect better!!

Got one item out of 5. Multiple interactions with their support team have not brought about the results I was hoping for.
I am trying to find their ads on Facebook so I can leave comments warning others, but can't find them back. Do NOT get suckered in by these guys!

They knowingly mislead customers by selling items with incorrect quotes on them. I brought this matter up with them and I got repeatedly fobbed off. Their excuse is that, as the items sold are as they appear on the website, this is not misleading, despite the website making no reference at all to the fact they know at least one of the quotes to be entirely false.

This mask really disappointed me. You cannot read the words that say "Just a Girl who Loves Books". The folds hide it! I do love the type of material it is made of, but my friends are always asking me what it says. Try to change how you put those words on it in the future.

This company after becoming aware of fraudulent activity via copyright theft on its products has chosen to ignore emails from the designer. Nor has it taken any reasonable action to permanently remove the stolen merchandise or compensate the victim, the management is highly unethical. There is no published CEO.

This website stole my artwork - library cats - and sells it illegally.

You can buy my masks only on redbubble and society6.

Copyright infringement is a crime.

When I saw it, I knew EXACTLY who I needed to buy this for. My friend Katie, a librarian and good friend. I am going to take it to her at work and surprise her!
