The company is simply a scam I ordered chairs on September 2nd and have yet to receive anything! I contacted that company at least 10 times and has yet to receive a response. I just contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint with them . If you purchased anything off of their website this year and have not received it I don't know what people are waiting for please report report we have to put a stop to these fraud people especially during these times

This company is a total Scam. They take your money and run. Hey closed their website zoiyashopand opened a new one at zoetashop. After I found that site it is exactly the same as the previous site, I called them out on it and they closed that site too. I will get my money back, but the thieves will never be prosecuted.

I have been waiting for 2 months to get 2 chairs . I have emailed 3times and they won't even answer them. . They took the money the day I ordered. I have not been able to get a phone number.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered two chairs three months ago, and I have not received them. I have emailed them four times, along with the purchase order. I have yet to hear back from them. (In other words, they stole my money.)!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I have still lost my money! The payment went through before I realized that this was a scam, so it was too late to get my money back. Facebook is still advertising this product.

Waiting over a month for 2 camp chairs & have heard nothing from them.

This bs is such crap. People working hard earning thier money the hard way with this fxxxked up virus loose and population dropping in our country daily as I speak, people with no life or nothing better to do than scam innocent people who only look for a simpler way of relaxation after a long days work. Ordered 2 chairs haven't heard anything from them.Email them twice with no reply.

Placed an order on August 12 this is September 22 and have not received my chairs but they received my money. I have emailed three times with no replies. It looks like I am not the only one how can this site get reported for scam??!!

Ordered our hammock camping chairs on the tenth of September and have yet to hear anything as of September 21st!!! I hope they’re aware that this is absolute bull crap and if I don’t hear from them Within the next three days there will be hell to pay!!!

SCAM! Visa charged, no follow up, no camp chairs, no response. Glad I only lost $40.00, but am following up with VISA in case of additional charges. Sadly, will no longer order things online except from Amazon. Shame on ZOIYA for ruining it for the honest companies!

Same as everyone else. I ordered two chairs on August the 8th, money was taken, but no other response from them and no replies to email inquiries. I guess I'll dispute the charge to my credit card and see if they can go after them.

Ordered two chairs on august 23rd. Money was taken from account but no confirmation email. Went to account and have tried to chat with customer service and every time it says agents are unavailable. Tried to find the site and are unable too! This is ridiculous!

Ordered 2 chairs on Aug 26,2020 I got the email confirming the order but now the page is gone and Im out $40. This is a bunch of crap..

I ordered 2 hammock chairs on 08/27/2020. I received a confirmation email With link to “Visit our store.” The link goes nowhere... company unavailable. I emailed on 09/07- no response. The money was taken from my account on the day of the order. I have filed a transaction dispute with my bank.
