Hi Raff,

The MID update process is handled by the insurers and can take up to 2 business days to upload.

The insurers legally have 7 days to update the MID, but regardless of that, you DO NOT need to be on the MID to legally drive, as long as you have valid insurance in place. We would have been able to confirm this if you had asked via our live chat service or looked at the FAQ section of the website/app.

Easy to use car cover

Easy to use very straight forward insured and on my way in a few minutes few extras worth having breakdown cover as it's always a worry taking a second hand car away especially up the motorway 👍👍

Got a quote on line for six hours at £13. That’s good I said. Put in my details they wanted £34 for six hours. What a rip off. Never again.

After reviewing your quotes, we found that the specifics for the second quote – which led to your eventual purchase – were different from those in your initial quote. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Mark helped us out with short term insurance for our son to drive from the UK to France - something other companies would not look at. Our exchanges were speedy and helpful and the rate was very fair.

Excellent customer service

Really impressed with the customer service - I made a mistake with the length of time of my policy, and contacted their help support through the app. I spoke to Mark who helped me to get a new policy and a refund on the original (mistaken) one, very efficient, clear and speedy service.

Fantastic costumer service

Fantastic costumer service. Made a mistake and they were quick to change it.
Had cover with these guys many times and they always come out the cheapest. Highly recommend.
