I wanted to cancel service since I found faster internet for a better price, and I called a few days ago to cancel, and they said nobody was available to cancel it as the current agents were not authorized. I called today again a few hours ago, they said the "authorized" agents from "retention and loyalty" were not in the office and to call back in a few hours, and that was after putting me on hold non stop and transferring me to multiple "authorized" agents just to find out they were not "authorized". I then called back just a bit ago and the woman who answered the phone said "retention leaves at 5:30pm est". I find it interesting that "customer loyalty" is the department that cancels service, pretty ironic. Either way, I called back again and let them know that I will be blocking all future charges and will be reporting them to BBB, FCC, and leaving nasty reviews wherever I can find a place to do this. I dont have time for this crap, I go back to work tomorrow and will not have time for this bs, so I am putting an end to it now, which really sucks because I have a lot going on. I hate this company, nobody should get their business, ever!
