The worst purchase I ever made! The sweatshirt doesn’t even look like what I ordered and the material is complete crap. Instead of going under the tree as a Christmas present for my daughter it’s going straight to the garbage, it’s not even worth donating. This company is the biggest scam.

They are a scam. Took over a week and BBB to get a tracking number. They said it's being delivered by USPS. I called and it's not there tracking number. Got a message today that it was delivered to the front door. Nothing there. I ordered it on Thanksgiving day.

I ordered on 11/30. No email. Text message with tracking information was received. When I click in the link to track delivery, it says my phone number is invalid. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company.

I placed my order on 12/13 and just like everyone else said; I haven’t received an estimated delivery date and I’m not able to see my order details. I emailed them twice without a response. They gave me an order number and only my street number is there; no street name! I disputed the charge and like everyone else said “I wish I had come to the reviews first”

I have been waiting for a hoodie that was purchased 12/6. Supposed to be a Xmas present. Impossible to get a delivery date. Inconsistent information between the shipping email they sent and the website. I originally picked this company because I hadn’t Nevada address. Never buy from this company! I am rating zero stars! They are a total scam with horrible customer service. I ordered 2 hoodies for my teenage daughter who sent me the link. It was my fault for not looking into them first. The first issue is I ordered black and tan hoodies and received black and a dark gray color. So I immediately contacted the company and was sent a generic email back saying if they run out of stock of a color they will just send another color. Who does that? The hoodies I ordered were supposed to be oversized as in the picture they had posted. The hoodies were not the same hoodie as in the picture, they were tiny, child sized shaped completely different from the photo. They are using fake pictures from other companies then sending horribly shaped, crappy material hoodies, that are tiny. My teenage daughter is 100 lbs and couldn’t fit into them nor would she wear them for comfort. The company did not get back to me for almost a week and sent a generic email saying they are located in the US but returns now have to go back to china and gave me an address saying they don’t know the cost to ship there but it would be at my expense. They also offered 50% off my next order, yea right like I would order from them again, what a joke. Or 20% of what I paid, no thanks. I emailed back asking if I could a least be reimbursed for receiving the wrong item and they just sent the same generic email back again. They are a scam, any company who does not fix when they make an error, does not offer a reasonable way to return even though they state their items can be returned mentioning nothing about sending them to china is pathetic. Please don’t order from them, I promise you will not be happy with the item, the quality or customer service you receive.

Very poor quality. Assert their headquarters are in the US but returns go to China so it’s too costly to return. AVOID!

Every comment on here is the truth the exact same thing has happened to me. Ordered 12/7 for Christmas and have not had a response of any kind. I’m calling bank today to refund the payment they have already received

I wish I had come here first! This place is an absolute scam. I “ordered” an essential sweatshirt and my credit card shows they charged me and I have an order number. There’s a drop down menu that shows review order with nothing attached. I sent multiple emails to customer service first. After multiple attempts to reach them with no response I have disputed the charge.

Do not waste your money, the worst fabric and hoodie I've ever received for the price...I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to so I could ket everyone know how cheap the fabric is and looks. SCAM SCAM

Wish I came here first. Ordered a heated hoodie and It will not go on. They replied initially within a day and told me to Double-check that the hoodie is powered on and the heating elements are activated. I told them there are only 2 buttons and nothing works. Their webpage says 24 hours and wince my initial complaint going on 2 weeks. So pissed off

The Under Armour sweatshirt I ordered was not Under Armour, there was no manufacturer's tag or label on the shirt. It was simply a no-name sweatshirt with the Under Armour name and logo added. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund. I hope I can get my money back!

Was influenced into purchasing from here from an IG ad. Purchased a sweatshirt for my mother-in-law for Christmas that was supposed to say Nana. Came in spelled Nama. Obviously unusable. I emailed multiple times and kept getting an automated response from another company that I would hear from someone in 3 business days (heard nothing of course). Complete scam.

The hoodie I purchased was NOTHING like the one they had online. Shitty quality and material. Tried to return but couldn’t. DO NOT TRUST.

Buyer’s be aware. I have tried to return a sweater that I ordered because it’s not what it supposed to be. I contacted the Company via email and l was told to ship it back to China and provided me with an address. They do not pay for the return shipping. Post office cost to send back is $30.00 up to a pound. I end up keeping it because it wasn’t worth it. Ugh Also, inside the sweater was a half loose tag that read”made in USA”. If so, why was it shipped from China. Lesson learned, I wished I had read the reviews before l made the purchase.

I purchased an Essentials Sweatshirt from them. Not only did it take over a month to receive it. It’s junk. It has strings on the hoodie and it shouldn’t have any. Also, when I look back at the pictures on the website you can very clearly see some pics have them hidden and others are clearly not there.
Do not buy from them!

Do not trust!!! The hoodie was two sizes small and they respond to your email under a different name “premier trust store”. Biggest ripoff!! They try to offer 15% back without exchange. Do not buy anything from this website!!!

While the jacket came on time, I ordered a size 2 big and have been waiting for my response for a replacement. The jacket it self is what I expected. Good quality.
