Do not waste your money. No reply to the 7 sent emails and 14 phones calls / always busy., unable to track now. States item unfound.. Last track showed was still in Spain waiting to be pick up. Paid/ordered 12/2. Guess I will kiss Christmas present away Going to BBB and my lawyer.

Placed my order Nov 4th for 2 zip up hoodies. On Nov. 14 I received a tracking number with notice that it had shipped on Nov 29 I emailed because tracking number still said waiting to receive package. Nov 30 tracking says it was finally shipped. Dec 10 says it’s in California. Now Dec 17 still no movement. Multiple emails and opened a dispute with PayPal’s and everyone of their responses is simply keep waiting. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money.

I purchased two zipped hoodies in November for Christmas presents. There was no indication that these would not be shipped from storage in the United States. I try to look because I have been burned before on items taking six months to arrive because they are coming from China. While one hoodie showed originating shipping from a warehouse in California (it did take four weeks to make its way to me). The second one finally shipped from and is showing to literally be on a slow boat from China with a delivery window in April of 2023. Do not trust that your order will arrive in a timely manner.

Scam Artists! Their website is down now, and they will not answer emails or phone calls. Do Not Order Anything from them! I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago. Got an invalid tracking number also. Now I'm out 80 bucks.

I ordered 3 hoodies weeks ago, and have not heard from Zipy. I have emailed 3 times to find out what happened but have received nothing, no reply.

I now have to contact may credit card to let them know this is a scam.

I ordered my wife a hello kitty hoodie and paid for the express shipping. As of 11/4/22 they sent me a tracking number and let me know my order is on it’s way. That was BS!!! Their customer service number doesn’t work. This place is a scam!!! Stay away find an actual store to walk in.

I ordered a Winnie The Pooh zip up hoodie for someone as a birthday gift a month before her birthday and a few days later I received an email with my order number and tracking information. When I tried to track the package, it said that there was no info on the package so I waited a week and tried again only to get the same message so I tried calling the company and the number was disconnected but I was able to find a customer service number that handles multiple businesses including Zipy Hoodie but to my surprise, you are automatically put on hold and asked to press 1 to leave a message and someone will return your call. I left a couple of messages with no return calls so I called my credit card company and had them investigate the charge. Two days later I got a call from customer service and I told them of the situation and they informed me that the hoodie was shipped from China so I told them that I did not want it and to cancel my order. Do not buy from this company!!!!!

I bought a Hello Kitty Hoodie which turned out to be way to big. As their website states in case of return to contact seller first and they would provide shipping label. I wrote 3 emails requesting a return shipping label and never got response. Since I paid with PayPal I opened a case there. To my surprise I got a reply from the seller telling me that they don't do return shipping labels and if I want to return it to do it at my own cost.
Very poor communication and customer service. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I purchased a Zipy Hoodie ($40+shipping) for my daughter. It was one of the Stitch character designs. First of all it took over a month to get delivered. Next, upon inspection of the clothing item it was very cheaply made and looked like someone had whipped it up on their sewing machine. I felt I could have made one and I'm only a novice seamstress. Not only does it look "homemade" it is made with cheap polyester fabric that is dye sublimated with the hoodie graphic. The dye sublimation is good, however, and washed nicely. This, and the fact that someone needs credit for sewing the hoodie, is the only reason I didn't give Zipy Hoodie 1 star. I would return the hoodie but my daughter loves it (she has special needs and I'm not going to make her wait for a replacement). I am going to have to do a little sewing of my own to fix a part that was missed on the hood seam as well. I'm really getting tired of being taken advantage of by online clothing companies. This is becoming a pattern I've noticed with my purchases. Especially things coming overseas. My suggestion...BUY LOCAL...in the very least buy products in your own area. If I wanted cheaply made, knock-off clothing I could head to my local thrift shop. If you are going to charge a higher price for your items make sure your items merit the price. I would only, maybe, have paid about $25 for this hoodie. ...and that would have included shipping.
