In every business, sometimes problems occur and things go wrong. I was mistakenly sent the wrong item originally, then the curriers only delivered part of my order but this company kept me well informed and made sure I got everything I had ordered. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend this company. Excellent service and by far the best price on the internet which includes next day courier delivery. Communication to check that I had ordered the correct item and a note saying it had been despatched 30 minutes later went beyond expectations.

Very helpful and friendly team who helped me choose a fast and reliable micro SD card. I ordered it from them and they let me know as soon as it was dispatched and it arrived the next day. The price was lower than I could find from any other UK supplier. They have a vast product range and excellent pricing and they are based in London.

Next day delivery arrived a day late, however, friendly staff informed me and apologised.
Website could do with some upgrades, it looks fine, but loading basket screen and login was painfully slow.

I was hesitant about using Zippytom as I had never heard of the company before, but with great service, speedy delivery and great communication. Any hesitation I initially had was swiftly put to rest. I would 100% use again.

Only negative thing I would say is that the website seems very slow and payment options could be expanded.
