having hard time getting any support
it used to be good before
now my prepaid card is not working and I am unable to verify otp this is technical glitch and they want to eat up money by expiring card no one is replying on any support channel from a month

Unfair refund issued to buyer — no support for sellers!
I sold a valid Domino’s gift card on Zingoy. The buyer likely used it and then falsely claimed it was invalid. Despite providing clear proof to support my side, Zingoy refunded the buyer without verifying facts — causing me a direct loss.

I’ve waited over 48 hours for a proper response, but all I’ve received are generic copy-paste replies and delays. There has been no accountability, no senior support, and no protection for honest sellers.

Update-Zingoy’s dispute resolution is broken, and sellers are completely unprotected from fraud. Extremely disappointed.
As of July 25th, Zingoy promised to resolve the issue “today” but did not follow through. No agent joined the chat, and no update was provided even after 90+ minutes. Very disappointing.

I love Zingoy for discounted gift cards like Domino's and Myntra.

And Best part is I can easily sell my unused gift cards by listing in Zingoy.

Absolute rubbish, i have been seller there, i sold more than 50 Gift card later they suspended account keeping 1 L inside wallet and now not responding to any of my email.

i paid them they showed process after i contact them they told me it will come in 2 days but after 1 got it showed me failure when i contact them they told me we did not receive money it is fraud do not buy anything here i also showed them payment proof they are fraud my order id was 13024799

Please be cautious while placing order on Zingoy.Purchased e gift voucher but not received,when contacted through WhatsApp,they told that it is out of stock. Then why Zingoy is still showing available,it means it is cheating by deducting money from customer account but not providing the service or product.when I requested to cancel the order ,they told me that once order placed they will not cancel as it is against their policy.My money has been blocked by Zingoy for no service.

Scammer. Received Text saying they are on long weekend on Thursday and said will reply soon.

Completely fake Scammed out of my money. Don't buy from this use Gyftr site. Much better.

I signed up for this website some years ago to buy gift cards but didn't. Now I have decided to delete my account and request all my data to be deleted. I have done this with a lot of sites and apps because they all cause a ton of spam through my mail inboxes and calls. I logged in but could not find any option to delete account. Then I mailed them to delete my personal data. They replied that account is 'suspended' (A real person replied). I said no I want my data deleted they again sent me the same message. I again told them to "delete my data from your systems". They again said "account is suspended" like they don't understand what I am saying. Then they closed my ticket themselves. My account is not even deleted, it is 'deactivated', that means the account is still there. They will clearly sell my information to hundreds of others.
Edit: They are still spaming me 'offers'.

It is a total scam website
I ordered a voucher and received a invalid coupon which is not working at all. When I wrote to them, they are asking me to share my aadhar details.
If I am saying the coupon code is not valid then they should ask for its proof like screenshot and all but why am I required to tell them my aadhar.
At last I never received my working voucher code and not recived my paid amount. Even I haven't got the cashback.
Pls don't waste your valuable time on this f** site.

Usually company offers higher cashback like 80-100% deals but then at the time of validation they will show their real face. Even after doing everything right and providing proofs they will deny you cashback. I had many bad experience with them. Had lost lots of money.

fake portal . cheating money

Zingoy is nothing but a fraud website first of all they didn't tracked my cashback then after contacting them multiple times, getting touched with them multiple times they tracked my cashback and now without any reason they rejected my cashback without any reason

It's a fraud site and fraud app running by a useless team. No positive resolution on missing cb even if you provide single proof of purchase. Currently the marqt cb is creating a mess. My family members whom I reffered this fraud app are cursing taunting me. My 2k around already untracked and unpaid.
See this sasi bhoosan guy's review. 5 star right??? So let me tell you guys he isn't a user like us. He is from zingoy like other 5 star givers. Paid and fake reviews are done here. Beware its a fraud
