I called about the warranty on the tank and the person I spoke to was pleasant and offered a suggestion. Their local dealer would not honor the warranty so I called Zilmet back and the same lady took my number and never called back. I think I called 3x and pretty much got the message. I was disappointed and held onto tank for a while and then took it to dump. I think the problem could have been installer error or just manufacturer but it was a small leak in the bottom that rusted over time. It was installed in a new house that I bought. It was expensive to replace and I really could have used their help. In the end, I got ghosted by them.

Their support - someone named Thanasi Skafidas called our company scam and said we don't exist at all.

They will waste your time for no reason. Dont apply

We had to pay for the terminal. We received it and was used, missing back cover….

Really enjoyed speaking with Thanasi about the merchant options and fees. He strives to maintain transparency and went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.
