Stuff happens, but the response to this stuff is what really matters. Zeus Lasers shipped my order quickly, and any questions that I sent via email were always addressed within hours.

I received the laser, but with a badly bent battery-contact spring; bad enough that I could not fix it to make sufficient contact with the battery + terminal.

Zeus Lasers helped me via email with suggestions, but when I said it wasn't working (I provided photos), they shipped a replacement right away.

I purchased a Cold Laser device and received it promptly. Having an issue with the product I sent an email on a Saturday morning from the east coast of the USA. Amazingly I received a response within a few hours from Roger!
He quickly resolved my issue on Sunday and all is great. What excellent service.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have had from Zeus Lasers this morning. I mounted and connected the laser to my CNC device but found that it didn't illuminate. I asked for support from the company and received a reply 3 or 4 minutes after submitting my request. After carrying out tests recommend I found that the problem was a jumper on CNC control board. Once this was fixed the laser worked as expected. I feel very confident that I have bought from a company that will help promptly should I need it again.
