If I could put a minus star I would
If I could put a minus star I would. I have dealt with a few people within the company and all but one were polite. After a botched order I was told "I wish I had never accepted your order" I told the person in question that the error was theirs. He then tried to blame me for an error that was clearly theirs. This person was rude and unprofessional and clearly lacks any self awareness as he failed to recognised that his response and tone was inappropriate and they failed to fulfil the order. Avoid this company

Quality product, Great Customer Service
Zest was incredibly helpful in getting my company's promo items to me in time for our big event! I was constantly asking questions, and even when I lessened my order, there was no decrease in quality of service.
I will definitely use Zest again as soon as we have promotional needs.

Would definitely recommend!
Great service - the Zest team acknowledged our deadline and worked quickly and efficiently so that we'd have the pens in time.
No issues at all. All ran very smoothly and the pens are great quality. Would definitely recommend.
