Great Customer Service
I haven’t even received my order yet (it’s not delayed) but I have to leave a positive review for their customer service. I’ve emailed them twice and got a response within 15 minutes and they’re always super nice. Haven’t had customer service like this from anyone! Great people!

A fair and realistic review from outside america
They delivere outside of the US which is a very good point. They do write on the outer box whats inside, so be careful, its just luck that the persons at the customs don't see whats written there or it that doesn't get pulled out for further inspection. The amber delta-8 distillate looks fine and feels good but it isnt that potent, sometimes you will caugh from it(I mean its distillate to be fair). I would buy there again, good job guys!👍✌️

5 out of 5 stars, one of the top hemp product businesses in the industry
ZeroPoint's hemp products came recommended to me for internal healing purposes. I am exciting to try their many compelling clean/pure products. I had to reach out for support after placing my order to which I received excellent customer support. I will edit my review after testing the products!
EDIT: Everything went well except for the vape pen had an issue with drawing. The company was understanding and I rate them 5/5 on appropriately dealing with the issue.

Package did not arrive, unable to contact seller.
I ordered CBD and CBG Isolate on January 7, 2024 (Order ZPE9750) from Belgium. It was shipped on January 16, 2024. Somewhere around March my package got released from customs but for some reason it went back to New York, then back to Brussels and back to New York. I contacted Zeropointextraction at least two times multiple weeks ago, once using the website contact form and once using email, but haven't received any answers yet. I paid around a 100 euro for my goods and had to pay around 50 euro for customs clearance. With the seller not answering, I'm afraid that I lost around 150 euro with this company. If you want any hemp derived products, buy it somewhere else.
