It makes you give one star but I would not give them any. This company is a fraud. They took my husband's information. Charged us a dollar with that subscription. They even posted a review with his initials TC two days after the initial and only contact we had with them, which my husband never agreed to post any review. Employees listed on their website also wrote reviews for them and they never came through on anything they advertise. Do not trust them.

I feel like this place scammed me totally. I applied for funding for my start up they called told me I was pre approved and then had me send them my credit report … they told me if would cost a dollar (which I felt seemed fishy why would I need to pay a dollar plus I had tried this before and never heard back after the “credit check”) .. after I sent the credit report I never heard back (mind you I heard from them everyday sometimes a few time a day up to that point). I even set 2 other appointments through the app which were total NO SHOWS on their part … something they say in their video will get you denied for doing because of wasting their time…. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL… after sending 2 emails I finally heard back and was able to schedule an appointment for 4 days from then (mind you the other appointments were still 1 day waiting times) It just so happened this 4 day waiting period was just days after the “credit check” trial was over and they had already tried to charge me $29.95 more than once… but I had blocked my card in anticipation to this and they were not able to charge me.. leading up to my appointment from the underwriters they text me about 5 times building up to the call when they did call the woman on the phone who said she was apart of the underwriting team said hello and verified my business name.. she then asked me what state my business was in (mind you I had already been pre approved and applied sent my credit report Which had my address and had them call an Oregon phone number) when I told her Oregon she said instantly but in a very awkward way that they did not fund businesses in the state of Oregon and that she would (now get this) have to talk to her underwriters (which she has said she was earlier) for the reasons why.. I then told her that that didn’t sound right and that I’m pretty sure they were just trying to scam me this whole time. I then asked if it mattered if she talked to the “underwriters” or if there was no way they would fund me just because I’m in Oregon State (which isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website and I couldn’t find any proof of anywhere online).. and she said No Sorry but I’ll check with them and let you know.. I then thanked her for being a waste of time and for trying to and successfully scam me out of a buck. I’m a new business owner who’s just trying to get a small amount of funding to start my business which this company claimed to be able to do and had aggressively pushed for me to try their services .. I have a 652 credit score a new lcc and new EIN and so I’m confused as to why this process has been so difficult .. I would stay away from this place as they just seem to be selling a service to a “credit check subscription company I’m sure they have their fingers in and profit from beyond the $1 sign up after they forget to cancel their “subscriptions”. I fear they are up to even more now that they have all my information because they have proved to be misleading and have alternative motives.

UPDATE: Received a call from their management team apologizing for everything that had happened, still didn’t qualify me for a loan because of a few minimal credit issues on my end which is disappointing because I was pre approved and they claim to work with alls types of credit, he did inform me that they do loan to Oregon residents and they would be able to help me if I could find a co-signer with a 700 credit score .. he also told me they would make sure I didn’t get charged for using the other credit check service that I had canceled but apparently not the right way because they tried to charge me again this time $35 and to get it finally closed I had to make a 45 min phone call to identity IQ which was very annoying.the guy was nice on the phone tho and so I have doubled their rating and am giving them 2 stars.

The shaCapital team is great! Love Drexel and Chris. I’m fairly new to business and spent the bulk of my career as a software engineer, these guys were great in terms of helping me understand my options and how to navigate things as I chase this new oppertunity.
