Zerofit is a Japanese specialist baselayer brand which was founded by Mr Koji Higashi in 2005. It launched in the UK and Europe in 2018 before further expansion into North America in 2020 and Australasia in 2021. The award-winning Heatrub Ultimate baselayer was unveiled to the Japanese public in 2011 and since then hundreds of thousands of outdoor enthusiasts have discovered the benefits of that best-in-class product. Independently tested and proven to be five times warmer than a standard baselayer, the Heatrub Ultimate has become a must-have item in the coldest months of the year and, such was the popularity of the baselayer, Zerofit now offer leggings and socks made from the same material, with waterproof gloves and mittens also available for complete protection against the elements. Other key products include the Heatrub Move baselayer, which features Adaptable Warmth Technology, keeping you warm while at a standstill but also temperature regulation when you’re working up a sweat. For the summer months, the Cold Skin baselayer is three times colder than a competitor product, while the Ice Weave is the master when it comes to wicking excess sweat in the hottest conditions. Motorcyclists have discovered the astonishing performance of the IceSkin baselayer, which offers cool contact performance and optimal moisture wicking in the hottest of conditions. Following exponential growth across industries including motorcycling, angling, running, hiking, sailing, golf, gardening, birdwatching and equestrian sports, Zerofit welcomed a new shareholder and ambassador in February 2023 - Brian O'Driscoll, the former Leinster, Ireland and British & Irish Lions rugby captain in order to help further enhance the business across multiple categories. Zerofit is the proud supplier of baselayers to more than 80 elite motorcyclists in the bennetts BSB Championship, WorldSBK, North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT. The likes of Glenn Irwin, Scott Redding, Peter Hickman are just three of the best to rely on our baselayers for complete comfort and performance. In April 2025, acclaimed broadcaster and adventure rider Charley Boorman joined the Zerofit brand as an ambassador. The European HQ of Zerofit is in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, with further offices in Adelaide, Australia and San Diego in the US. Toast warm base layers

Excellent products which keep you warm. The material does go bobbly after time, but it's not an issue as it's an undergarment. I would recommend.

Unfortunately my top developed a fault in the stitching, I contacted your customer service department and a replacement top was immediately organised and dispatched. The item arrived within 48 hours so well done and thank you

My Dad bought me a zero fit base layer…

My Dad bought me a zero fit base layer and Wooly hat for Christmas. At first, I never heard of the brand and thought it might be cheap. After a few wears on the Golf Course in Winter, I can confirm the products are anything but cheap. I adore them and wear them often. I have just looked to purchase a second base layer from their site as I need two in rotation!

heat rub move leggings..

Ordered my heat rub move leggings del 48hrs later great service..Tried them out today absolutely brilliant.. I already have the heat rub ultimate for winter but wanted something for Autumn/ Spring..

Purchased two zero fit tops for use on…

Purchased two zero fit tops for use on my motorbike. They are amazing. Kept me snug and warm on a recent 2000 mile tour in March/April in England. So soft on your skin. Got two neck snoods for free, they are equally amazing. Will definately purchase more items off them. Delivery was quick

Customer Services at Zerofit were exceptional. They answered every e:mail promptly and I found their guidance very helpful.
The quality exceeded my expectations.
