Subject: Item Not Received – Tracking Delivered to Wrong City

Hello Shop Support,

I am reporting an issue with Order #1809 from the store “Zelldress.”

I purchased a Chanel Black Quilted Caviar Grand Shopping Tote (GST) XL through the Shop app using Shop Pay. The order total was $72.58.

The seller provided tracking number 4PX3002405421456CN. The tracking history shows the package was delivered in Martinsburg, West Virginia (ZIP 25404).

My shipping address on the order is:

Martinsburg is several hours away from my address, and the package was never delivered to me.

Because the tracking shows delivery in a different city than the shipping address on the order, I believe the seller provided a tracking number that does not correspond to my shipment.

Scoring 1 was generous. Do not order from this company. Very poor quality and long waiting time. Item arrived too late for a funeral, it cost £40 but would have cost £24 to return it to China or except £4 refund. Lesson learned.

Do not order from this company they are a scam they do not send out product with the fake number and the fake company name also do not waste your money watch out for scammers.

It’s to big but I’m going to get it altered I should have ordered a medium instead of large otherwise I like it

Do not buy from this company. Products are awful and if you want to return anything forget it. I have been trying to request a refund for days without success. Rip off. I finally got ahold of someone and they offered $8 refund. Then finally up to $25. I paid $75.00!! Why would I accept $25?! DO NOT order from this company!!

The dress came at a decent time. It came well in advance before the event I needed it for. It fits so well. Looks just like the picture. I am very impressed and will order again in the future from this Shop.

I ordered a dress on May 2nd and, after getting no shipment updates for 2 weeks, reached out to get an ETA or cancel the order. The customer service experience was poor and the person responded kept begging for me to wait longer, without being able to provide further details. After waiting almost another 2 weeks and telling them to cancel my order, I got no response. I had to go through my bank to report.
I won’t try this company again.

It appeared from the website that this was a company in the U.S. after receiving the dress I purchased I realized it is not . The fabric is ok but the dress does not fit. I emailed customer service twice so far requesting to return the dress for a refund. No reply. I found on the website their return/refund policy. Unless there is a flaw in the fabric or in the garment you cannot return for a refund. The other comments expressing how great their purchase was are AI generated fake comments. This company is a scam . And I will continue to pass the word around not to do business with them .

Ordered two dresses for upcoming bridal showers as mother of the groom and both were great! The quality of fabric and fit far surpassed my expectations for the price. Super pleased and will definitely be ordering again.

the sizing of my order was near perfect for me. The quality is very nice.

I’ve been trying to contact this company to get a return slip and everytime I email through customer care no such address. Is this a bogus company? How do you get in contact with them

Beautiful dress and shirt. True to size.

The product is just as described on the site. It was received in a timely manner. One suggestion the belt should be a bit firmer due to the softness of the fabric.

I ordered a dress for a wedding that was beautiful in the picture. When it arrived it was nothing like the photo except the color. Have been trying to request a refund for four days without success. Rip off. Will never order again and I still want to speak to someone or get an email acknowledging my refund request.
Update.: this company is in Dubai!! I finally got ahold of someone and they offered $7 refund. Then finally up to $20. I have yet to receive my refund they promised in 5-7 days. DO NOT order from this company!! False advertising for one and theft because they didn’t refund as they promised.
