Super friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem . My husband loves his Zephyr e-bike. Can’t wait to take it caravanning with us . Fast delivery .

The bike got here in record timing…

The bike got here in record timing however, the tyres were compressed into an odd shape due to being packed weird, the tyre also feel like they are slightly bigger than the wheel frame themselves, hopefully can keep inflating and deflating to adjust them to work

Just to clarify from our records, the damaged part was replaced under warranty, and we also covered the installation costs so the bike could be made fully functional as quickly as possible.

Regretful buy

Slow response from supplier when asking questions, over 24hrs.
Build quality is ok but not amazing.
No Australian contact phone number as stated on the website. Regretful buy to be honest.

Wow sick bike

Wow . Not telling a lie. I got one. I ride to work. 50klm a day. Sitting on 54ks the whole way . Mint bike. Great customer service. They give a code to make her go faster

The bike was delivered to my home…

The bike was delivered to my home within five to six days. It was pretty simple to put together but the instructions on how to put on the accelerator throttle wasn't that good taken for a ride it's easy to use it does what they adverised . Im happy and would recommend it to anyone.

RUST ON NEW BIKE

When we constructed the ebike we noticed a piece where the paint had been chipped or not finished correctly in China and consequently the steel had rusted. Also poor finish on another part, paint was rough but not missing. Box also delivered with large slit/hole in cardboard.
Emailed Zephyre with photos regarding above, received 1 email back requesting another photo of which I did so.
Emailed Zephyre again to say I had not had any reply and was waiting before I posted this review. Still no reply, started emails 28/9/25 today is 22/10/25.
The bike performs well, it was just the finish of product was disappointing to see the rust there.

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago…

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago and hadn’t received any updates. Tracking has still said awaiting fulfilment weeks on from order. Have tried several different email contacts and don’t hear back. Online chat option is answered rarely, usually just enough to respond once and then not answer again. Feels like a scam at this point. Will update if order is eventually fulfilled!

*Update*
Eventually their chat system began responding and confirmed they didn’t have in stock and needed to order from China. Part took an additional week to come. Item arrived in good condition, but with no instruction and missing a few bolts. Fortunately I had some extras and figured a way to bolt securely. Zephyr Bikes offered me a $20 for the trouble of the missing bolts, which was good. Have updated to 3 star given despite their efforts, I’d hope for better.

POOR SUPPORT My son has an S20 Zephyr Ebike nut the…

My son has an S20 Zephyr Ebike but the suspension is way to hard. I have sent several emails asking for assistance. I got one reply on Oct 11, 2025 where they said "I’ll speak to the engineer about the suspension".
Since then - NOTHING despite repeated follow up emails.
There website has no number to call only email.
Very unhappy with Zephyr support.

Good solid bike

Good solid bike. Easy to assemble. Smooth ride and 4" tyres are great on the beach and tracks. Powerful ... hang on tight when you take off in throttle mode!
Very happy!

Updated review ( warning Chinese made bike not a single component is Australian

Just thought Ill post an update about this false advertising company (all bike comments are made and developed by a company in china named donig guan huan yu yuan technology) after finally getting a hold of someone (via email not phone still don’t have the apparent Australian customer service number ) got told they send out a new battery cause mine arrived damaged that was 14 days ago still haven’t received or been notified about one being sent still having nothing but problems with the bike being extremely under powered 1000watt and it can’t even get me over a speed hump (I’m only 85kilo) Haven’t gotten a respond about the 2 hops that my wheels had in them when I received the bike or the fact that it arrived without a rear light .. not even a respond about getting refund as the bike is just plan rubbish let’s see if I finally get a response back now I’ve contacted fair trading about this product

However, we are confused by your review, as our last email to you was sent on October 7th, and we have not received any reply since then, including about the battery, the wheel concerns, or your refund request.

We’re more than happy to resolve the issues, but we can only do so if we’re in contact. Please respond to that email or reach out to us again at support@zephyrebikes.com.au
so we can get this sorted immediately.

Regarding the motor performance — please note the bike only operates at 1000W when unlocked via the LCD screen, which is permitted for private property use only. If you haven’t unlocked it yet, it may still be limited to 250W or 500W by default.

We’re committed to making this right and are happy to send a replacement battery, assist with the wheel, or discuss refund options — we just need you to respond to our support team so we can action it.

Bike arrived OK, but warranty support non existent

Bike arrived OK. One issue is that I have sent 5 emails (no contact phone number) regarding a faulty lock on the battery, which is a security concern as it can be easily removed when parked. Still waiting for a reply to solve issue. Suggest if not in Sydney, no support available and all talk and stalling to date.

To clarify, once the battery lock issue was raised, a replacement battery lock was organised and sent out under warranty. We didn’t receive any further communication after delivery, so we weren’t aware the issue was still ongoing.
