Ordered 2 items. One needs returning. No response from email address for returns on website so now stuck with item £100 and can't return it!! Avoid!!

Overpriced, cheaply made produce from China. If you ask for a refund don’t expect to get it. Shockingly bad. Avoid!

Stupidly ordered men’s leather aviator jacket as Xmas present.Only when I paid discovered it was not coming from London and yes you’re right Hong Kong.Immediately emailed to cancel Oder and requested refund.Email ignored and eventually received notification that the item had been shipped so couldn’t cancel.Delivery dates were way beyond Xmas.When it arrived it was a total joke.Please avoid this company and save your money.Nothing like what was advertised.Made out of teddy bear material with plastic belt.Couldn’t even take it to a charity shop.TOTAL SCAM.

Delivery was faster than I expected, and the quality of the clothes is really nice. The fit and fabric feel premium, and I’m happy with my purchase.

Fits perfectly and looks exactly like I imagined. Wearing it makes me feel confident and comfortable.

Cheap Chinese imports, not great quality. Trying to scam by similarity with a well known brand. Clothing is unbranded with not even the care labels. Possibly not conforming to British standard, and definitely not cashmere as suggested. Beware!

I have requested to return the item I purchased a month ago, but my request has been ignored. I have been consistently emailing to arrange the return, yet I have received no response. This is unprofessional, and customers have a right to return their items. Not only is this disrespectful, but it also contradicts the website description, which states that customers are entitled to return items they ordered.

A web search for external hard drives turns up a reasonably-priced example -- but when I click on it, it takes me to the site for this clothing company. Several, possibly related, clothing and makeup companies seem to follow this shady practice. AVOID!
