Never received my order

Never received my order! You say the courier tried to deliver but that there was a problem along the way and maybe my address was incorrect. Not the case as my address is correct. Multiple emails to you but nothing is done no product and no refund! Be very wary of ordering from this company as I am not the only customer to receive nothing after they have taken my money.!

I have been asking for a full list of…

I have been asking for a full list of ingredients in one of their products for several weeks without success...... Customer Support keeps responding asking for more information about the product I am enquiring about.....I have given them the precise name of the product on several occasions, but still the same response asking for more information....I cannot possibly purchase from a company that isn't willing to disclose ingredients used.....Very poor customer support...

I never received my order from you

I never received my order from you, although you said it was delivered at my front door. It took a long time and Something went wrong which was not my fault. I will not be ordering from you again, you have not been helpful to me!

Reversal of original review in favour of Zentheca

This company appears to be a scam. Within 3 hours of my order, I requested a cancellation and refund. Responding email suggested that it would be done within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. No response whatsoever to my several emails requesting info on my refund. They will not communicate now. This is the 1st & last time I would consider this company, I will be reporting them to the fraud squad.

Received a response Sept. 15 - apologetic, etc. promising the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. It is now Sept 23, and still nothing, so my original review remains the same. September 26, finally received my refund, so I reverse my original review as the communications from the company has assured me that they are legit.

After 32 business days, I received my order.
The cream it's very good for my leg.
For cream 5 stars, but for delivery only 1 star. And for Zentheca 5 stars, too!

Delivery product was empty

Delivery product was empty, Reported the issue immediately, was emailed and advised a replacement would be sent within 2 days. 15 days later, no replacement and Zentheca support have not replied to any of my emails. Since no product arrived, i requested full refund iaw their policy. Further investigation this is a scam website.
