Very slow delivery. One of the stamp eyeliners turned up with no ink in it so useless, have emailed them three times and no response. Would suggest you seriously consider before purchasing

If I could rate this company honestly it would be a zero! I ordered the eyeliner stamp and it was falsely advertised. Dried out with no product on one side and other side smudged everywhere. Both stencils were for same eye not left and right like advertised. It took 2 weeks to even arrive and it’s from China! I emailed them and they took a week to respond and all replies are next day and now they have stopped replying. I promise you all this company is running a shady business and scamming people. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned! These poor reviews are true!

Ordered 2 products as i saw them advertised on IG and they looked fab. Took ages to arrive. When they finally arrived the winged eyeliner stamp was pretty clever. I like that. Doesnt have zena packaging though. Says 'paigevine', which is a bit suspicious. The eyeshadow stick is the wrong colour. Lets see if they send the right one. Packaging says MLSmile on the eyeshadow, not zena. All a bit strange...

I ordered the stamp eyeliner and when it arrived both end are for the left eye. Emailed 3 times and no response total waste of money would warn everyone not to purchase anything from them and if you do use PayPal so you can get a refund!

Not happy at all! Instead of Eyeliner Stamp I received Freckle Stamp. That's not what I ordered. I have an impression that they are scamming people.

I ordered the stamp eyeliner thinking it would be an amazing product, something in my gut made me feel not to use it also the packaging came with a brand called Paigevine, then I messaged them on Instagram they blocked me, they advertised its vegan, it’s not.
Save yourself and money!

Don’t buy anything from these people! I ordered an eyeliner ring tip and received a freckle pen. Should have read the reviews first.

Emailed to follow up about my order no response no order. Trust eroded don’t know if I’ll get my eyeliner pen. Not worth it.

I ordered the eyeliner as I'd been hooked by an ad on Instagram, it took for ages to get here. So I emailed them, nothing, emailed again, nothing. When I received the order it was the wrong product, they'd sent a freckle pen for light skin! I have dark skin too. I tried to message via email, Instagram to no avail, no response, zero. Still trying to return - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - it's a scam!!!!!

Very poor experience with this company, they send out faulty goods, damaged on arrival, empty container. I asked for a refund and they declined, saying time had expired, due to the time it took to arrive! So waste of money, dont waste your money on them!

Apparently it glides on the eyes and stays in place oh, and doesn't go in creases..
Absolutely doesn't go on smoothly and rubs off very easily and all your eyes creases are thick with the eye stick colour. Yuck!
What a disappointment

Ordered 2 eyeliner stamps, one black and one brown and while the black is okay the brown is dried up! Tried contacting customer service twice but no reply back! Don’t bother buying from them as a complete ripoff!

Ordered 4 eyeshadow sticks and eyeliner. When arrived they were all the wrong items sent.
They asked me to send picture of the sticks and the colours. Then said I could not return them as they has been opened!! Then also refused the return for the unopened eyeliner.
Now ignoring all my messages

I placed an order last June and never received my order. I've tried to contact them multiple times, in multiple ways and never received a reply. Truly terrible experience and likely a scam. Don't trust it and waste your money here.

Regardless of all the bad reviews on here I actually had a really positive experience. It did take 10 days to come but the eyeliner I bought is amazing. I wore it all day yesterday and it didn’t budge.

Never received my order. No reply when I emailed to ask for help locating my order.
Lack of goods
Lack if response.
Do not order from supposedly a UK company based in China.

Absolutely awful eyeliner 😢 runs as soon as its applied, smudges and doesn't last at all total waste of money

False advertisement, False products, late deliverys from China, zero communication, do not reply to disgruntled emails then block you from pages you comment on to warn others.

I ordered two Glide-On Waterproof Kajal Eyeliners and a Traceless Matte Foundation Repair Stick from Zena. They claimed to be U.S-based, but everything shipped from China. I only received one eyeliner, and it smeared all over my face. The second item was actually a lip liner. The foundation stick was a counterfeit from Derol (sold on Amazon for $9.99), but I was charged $16.07.

When I requested a return under their “satisfaction guarantee,” they denied it and stopped responding. Misleading products and terrible customer service. Beware.
