Truly an amazing, affordable service!I had my first telephonic consult with the lovely and kind Dr Mouton at 17:45, and by 17:53 my prescription was in my inbox. It was convenient that I didn’t have to go through the admin of having to going to a doctor’s office and be charged an exorbitant consult fee of R600+

Highly recommend
Getting a timeous appointment was easy. The consult was informative and the doctor was great about diagnosis and prescribed medication that worked well. She also talked me through other issues to watch out for.

Efficient & Amazing Customer Service
Using Contro is a seamless subscription service. I wish I started using it sooner. Dr Mouton is super...she even called me when I couldn't connect to the video call. And
I received my medication the very next day. You won't be sorry.

Its not a scam.
Its not a scam.
They connected me with a real doctor and the prescription wasn't rejected by the pharmacists. I opted to get my prescription emailed to me because UTIs are such time sensitive issues, so I had my medicine same day.
Great experience.

From searching on Google at 2:00 am last night looking for a solution for my issue - I can across your website!

Seemless Process
Absolutely everything was seemless. The process was really quick and received my meds in 3 days. I finally found a solution for the dilemma of not being able to get my meds and would definitely recommend Contro to everyone.

I am happy with the service
I am happy with the service, I just feel pushed to have funds in my account for my next prescriptions and it won't always be the case ,can't we debit or let it a stop order for every month on the 25th it woukd make me stress free but otherwise I'm happy

Dissapointed by the service. Theoretically the service a great idea, I received great service from their team of doctors and agents but unfortunately their fulfillment courier and pharmacy partners are a let down I haven't recieved my meds for an order placed 10 days ago

Thank you for your feedback! As you mentioned, the couriers are unfortunately third parties to us and we don’t have direct contact with them, however, the couriers always attempt delivery within the given time of 1-3 business days. On closer look, it seems that the drivers struggled to reach you on all delivery attempts after your order was dispatched and as a result, were not successful in their delivery attempts. However, once your address and contact details were re-confirmed and your delivery was re-actioned for further delivery attempts, your order was then successful on the following attempt.
We will continue to ensure all orders are processed and delivered within the given time frame and hope to assist you again in the future where we can ensure continued successful deliveries as well.

there are some limitations with being online but I'm still very happy with the experience.
