Ordered a dress for my works do. I was told it would take a week which would have been plenty of time to find something else but took 4 weeks! This was after my works do so I sent it back. I never got my money back for the dress or nearly £20 postage. £70 down the drain. DO NOT OTDER FROM THESE.

Do not use this company they will take your money and you will not receive your items. There money grabbers. Do not use

Ordered a dress arrived two sizes smaller than what I ordered. Contacted seller they do not acknowledge their garment is defective, insists the the buyer pays postage to return item back to China cost £40.00+ on a £100 dress. Bought via PayPal reported to them. Buyer beware it is not worth the hazel dealing with this company. Quality of goods we good it is a shame the company do not except their responsibilities with faulty goods.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.
Massive delays in delivery
When we finally got the two dresses we decided we wanted to return one.
I have not gotten a response to my email asking how to return because apparently you need their approval to return.
Complete joke.

The suit I ordered for my partner was too small.

But first of all they use a delivery company that doe not leave a card when they are trying to deliver - they left the parcel with a neighbour who thankfully brought the parcel to us.

Trying to return the item is a nightmare - they do not answer their emails and the live chat does not work. I can't get an address out of them to send a return. The ironic thing is I would buy the next size up, but it is too risky
Update - I managed to get an address by starting a PayPal dispute and got my money back

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding, I ordered a UK size 14 and then sent a UK10, even worse the dress was not the same as the one I had ordered. Order: WBQDUK5103. I haven't been able to get a response from the email addresses provided for refund, so I have been completely ignored despite the fact they have not sent what I ordered.
I opened a case with PayPal in order to contact them and confirm that I had not received what I ordered, I sent pictures of the dress and the labels on the dress. they ignored my email and responded confirming that the package had been delivered, this is a joke as they did not deliver what I ordered and paid £90 for. I have now replied again for a return label to send back the item I NEVER ordered for a refund and am again Longley waiting a response. the biggest upset here is that I never ordered what they sent but I am expected to pay for it despite being able to prove its not what I ordered. My next move will be to ask paypal to handle the dispute and as I paid with credit card via paypal I am going to report the fraud to the bank. I would completely avoid this company all together and any like it as it is a scam.

Poor Service, item is not arriving on time. Slow.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Update… having finally received some kind of response It now turns out you have to return items to China. This is both costly and not easy. I’ve managed to get something sorted at the cost of £10. Dress was £50. I will risk it see what happens as bought via Klarna.
Zapaka is a rip off company and the fact you have to return it to China I’m guessing most don’t bother so they just keep robbing money. Save yourself the trouble and your hard earned cash it’s not worth the risk!! You have been warned. I will update on how the return goes. (Bought dress end of Dec 23)

OMG I cannot get a response fro zapaka at all. I would like to return an item and get a refund. I have emailed so many times I am going mad. ref order ZAPAKAUK41051

The company does not have any customer service support. My dress is delayed and i paid extra for shipping. The dress has not arrives yet, it’s been 10 days.

This company has a Non-existent Customer Service department. They are not interested in your problems or issues, they have your money so they just don’t care.

I’ve been emailing for a week for a return label and no response. Awful service..

My dress was supposed to be new and I paid a lot and ordered from Zapaka UK. A dress arrived from China stincking so badly that I had to seal it back in the packaging, because my whole living room was stincking.

When I contacted the seller Zapaka to raise a return request as per returns process, they have never responded to me. It's a fraudulent company as they do not honour returns for faulty goods.

Absolutely terrible customer service! As the company is called Zapaka UK, I ordered a dress thinking that it would be coming from the UK. After a few weeks the dress arrived but it didn’t fit. There were no instructions on how to return the item so I looked on their website. On the website it stated that if you wanted to return an item you must email them within a week of delivery for instructions on how to return it. I have now emailed them 7 times with no response! I have also tried their live chat but, surprise surprise, nobody was available. I am now stuck with a dress that I do not want! PLEASE DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
I ordered 2 dresses on 5th Dec and paid for the expedite delivery of 8 business days. I emailed them for an update when the shipment did not arrive. Apparently the business days start counting from when they ship the order; mine was done on 13th Dec and is still not here, and of no use now as the occassion has passed. My mistake, l failed to read the Reviews before ordering. Save yourself a heartache and shop somewhere else.

I WOULD RECOMEND YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THIS 'COMPANY'. Only given 1 star as cannot give zero. Total con! Didn't receive my order so requested a refund. Zapaka UK refunded less than half what I paid, keeping over £50.

It's unfortunate there are bad reviews because my product was actually really good!
First of all its based in China which I didn't realise until my three piece suit came all folded up in a small package, second of all, the large jacket was a bit too small and the large trousers were so long my mum had to adjust them by four inches!
I think it's one of them Chinese based company's that are hit and miss!
I actually love my suit but I wouldn't buy from them again.

I was scared to order from this company because of some of the reviews saying it was a scam. However I am sooo pleased to say I received my dress after 10 days of purchase & it is STUNNING, a perfect fit & lovely quality material. I have a photo to submit to show the genuine product. I ordered 2 dresses from here and paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted them by email to cancel the order as it would not arrive on time and would be outside the promised 8 business days. They replied and said if I cancelled I wouldn’t get anything refunded except shipping and then they sent the items anyway.
The parcel arrived almost a week after it should have and they expect me to pay for it to be returned to China.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
They are dishonest and just looking for a way to take as much money from people as possible.

I brought a dress from then which was too big. I went through the refund process and they offered me a 20% refund if I kept the dress. I declined and followed the process and sent the photos of the dress and photos of the delivery receipt. They say it will take around 10 - 15 working days. It has been now 17 working days and I have emailed them twice now to give them the chance to email and refund me but they haven't. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
