I acquired several Zanetto pieces that were broken, missing parts and severely tarnished. Their WhatsApp service was unbelievable with regards to assisting me to identify the items and offered to repair several items. The repair and desperation service was very efficient and the pieces were returned in impeccable condition. Highly recommend.

Ho acquistato tre prodotti di Zanetto: Spinning top in rhodium plated (2019), Silver-plated Candle holder | Fiocco (Febbraio 2025) e Silver-plated Scent Diffuser | Marcelo (2020). Tutti e tre i prodotti sono gradevoli alla vista e al tatto. Inoltre, ho riscontrato sia l'alto livello di manifattura, sia l’elevata qualità dei materiali scelti. Infatti, dopo diversi anni di utilizzo ( nel caso di Marcelo e dello spinning top) sono praticamente nuovi come appena acquistati. In futuro acquisterò certamente altri prodotti di questa azienda.
