That said, this program is genuinely challenging, with high expectations around DMs and hot/cold market, which makes sense given that's part of building any business from the ground up. Unfortunately, I lost my job right as I entered the Accelerator program, and I wish the coaching staff had shown a bit more grace during that time, especially as a single mother navigating the financial and mental adjustment of losing steady income. Life happens, and sometimes what's needed is a little space rather than more pushing. It's a lesson I'm learning myself, and one I'll carry forward for my own future clients.

This team really stands behind its promises. You have to do the work, but they give you all the support and tools that you need to be successful!

I came across HIC via an IG ad promoting their free training, and already knew they were something different when the training was actually live (vs recorded as so many of these free trainings end up being). I am so glad I signed up because I wouldn’t be where I am now without the tools and support this program provided. One thing that struck me was their willingness to stick with me while I continued to put the reps in to sign my first client. Baheer was my point coach, and I’ll be forever grateful for both the wisdom and the safe space he provided. I also really benefited from tips from Rehan and Carter too (and a huge shout out to the weekly mindset call Carter leads). HIC has been the kick in the a$$ I really needed. You get sooooo much value - not only in tactical coaching business information but also in the mindset and beliefs you need to have in yourself to get there. It’s fast. And they expect work. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming to keep up but I can’t think of a better way to grow. Great coaching helps you break out of shells and I’m grateful for HIC helping me to do that.

Before I had joined HIC, I was feeling this intuitive nudge to get back into coaching but in a more serious way than I had been before. What I wanted was someone to hold my hand and help me build something from the ground up so I can understand the whole philosophy behind everything.

Interestingly, when I put out that intention, a coaching company did actually reach out to me via Instagram, but after a few calls, I decided not to go with them because I just wasn't feeling it. Shortly after, I started communication with Cathal from HIC, and although I initially didn't know what he did or was about, I was led to ask him if he was some "coach of coaches". We talked more, he set up a call, and the whole thing just felt right, and the rest as they say is history.

Now, although the coaches don't "hold you by the hand" per se, they provide a very supportive and helpful environment and the material they provide through their modules is very thorough. I'm a guy who likes things to be broken down to the smallest detail and then built up from there to give me a solid understanding, and they did just that, so this was very conducive to my style of learning.

What I found amazing too is that they're heavy into the mindset and emotional component behind being a successful person that can create a successful business. They help you develop a more abundant mindset through their exercises, Q&A and mindset calls, and also, just by creating the environment of abundance and achievement through their overall expectation and language, which tends to be contagious.

I will say that the work is definitely not "easy." You will be challenged repeatedly to step out of your comfort zone which at times will lead you to feeling triggered, uncomfortable, scared and overwhelmed, it CERTAINLY happened to me, but this tension is what is needed for you to grow into the person that will be able to own a successful business.

My point coach, Baheer, was amazing. He saw things in me that I hadn't accepted in myself and that helped me in getting clear about the direction I needed to take my coaching business. He was always clear about reaching out to him if I had any questions.

Within my the first 6 weeks, I already closed my first $3.5K client, the most I ever made as a coach and I still have 2 more weeks left of the program!! With the help and support I've received here, I'm fully confident that I will be able to provide this and future clients above and beyond what they paid for my services.

I am a firm believer in hiring a coach if you want to go from good to great at what you do. This has always been a known fact in the sports arena, and it is finally now catching on in other areas as well.

If you ask for support within the program, you will get it. Not always immediately but that's the nature of a program with many clients.
