Ordered more than 3 moths ago, they still sending me me mails with confirmation that de goods will be delivered :Thank you for your recent purchase! Tracking button is a treat for my computer

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still waiting for it.
When looking for your order i see date of order changing every single day. Will have to file a complaint with internet police. This is a scam !!!

I still hope to get the things that i ordered and paid. then only i will change my review.

2 months later they tell me to go to a pickup point, they don't say what pickup point, and order was meant to be sent to my address. I've ordered the same items from another place in Johannesburg which i received 4 days later and for which i paid 1/3 off the price i paid to za.ninelife.com. This company is just a joke and a rip off.

PATHETIC SERVICE

Placed an order and for the past 2 weeks no movement on courier tracking. Every query says delivery within a week. no reply on e-mails or online query form. This is pathetic as we cannot contact the courier or follow up on order.

Be aware that this company does not…

Be aware that this company does not have the necessary clearance to sell vitamin products in South Africa. Customs has stopped my parcel demanding a CMS21 procedure - which entails providing technical and personal information as to why the product should be allowed into South Africa. Let’s see if I get my money back. The hassle level is simply not worth it.
Post Edit. From their response - my case rests. They did however promise to return my money. We shall see.
Post post edit. Money returned to my credit card. So aside from the hassle, I’m all square.

Do not make use of this online…

Do not make use of this online platform. They are beyond useless !!!
I have waited 9 weeks and still do not have my product.
Emails received from Nine Life Support state that a courier company will deliver the product soon, while other emails received from Nine Life provide the local post tracking number which the SA Post Office cannot find.
The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at Nine Life.

Deal with this company and you will get…

Deal with this company and you will get phishing attempts over and over again. Obviously no security.
I would never use them again.
You say that it is not from you, however the only online shop that I have used is yours. They have records of previous sales, names, addresses etc, so it may not come from you but someone in your employ must have acces to personal information.

I chose ninelife because of a good…

I chose ninelife because of a good price. Immediately after placing my order I received the usual acknowledgement. Then a day later I get emails addressed from NineLife-EU Partners advising of dispatch by dhl and that I owed €1.89 for import taxes. Fortunately I rcvd four of these emails over two days all with different order and tracking numbers. So I ignored them. I then tried to phone (no reply) and then sent emails to ninelife.co.za and ninelife.com. Both returned as undelivered. So now I’m really worried and found my myself here in TrustPilot reading horror stories. This is now two weeks since placing my order.
Fortunately one post recommended the chatbot on ninelife’s website. I got a prompt response advising of delays but that the goods had been dispatched ‘yesterday’ via Aramex and I was given a link to the tracking. A week later the goods arrived (close to their original expected date).
I understand the early EU nonsense to be a scam and have advised ninelife accordingly.

Shocking service. A scam perhaps?

Order ZA-NL#4153 ordered a month ago. According to Aramex tracking, consignment was confiscated at customs in Jhb on 27th June.
No response to emails and phone cuts off.
I need a refund for the purchase of those Utensils for Elderly.

I haven't received my order

I have ordered 3 items in 2 diferent orders more than a month ago and I don't have any feedbacks since they confirmed the orders.
