Did not fulfill their promise
I ordered two jars of body cream and, since the order was over $75, it clearly states on the website that I would be getting two free samples. I only received one sample, even though both are listed on the statement that came with the creams. When I emailed customer service, I did get a prompt reply, but he said they don't mail out samples alone. I told him they did not fulfill their promise on very expensive products and I won't be buying from them again. How hard can it be to put two samples in an envelope and address it to me?! I have to add that the previous customer service rep did make up for the poorly functioning pump top to another product. That was on the phone. She was quite nice.

Never shipped
Placed an order and got a shipping notification the same day, but the package was never given to UPS.
Sent a customer service request on their site asking what was going on almost 2 weeks later. It's almost been a week since I sent the request and haven't heard back and the item still hasn't shipped but shows the items in stock.

Quality you can feel…
I tried YTTP About 3 years ago for the first time and I have only good things to say about my experience. One of my absolute favorites is the Superberry hydrate and glow mask. I put it on after my shower at night and it feels amazing. The quality of the cream really shows as soon as it touches your skin, and the following morning my skin is soft, hydrated but not greasy or oily at all!!

Horrible customer service
Was sent defective product (eye cream). I sent it back to YTTP and they said they would send me a code to replace it. After 2 weeks the gift card was sent but did not cover shipping costs. I reached out to see if they would cover shipping because they sent a defective product but they flat out refused. So, they wanted me to pay shipping for a product that should have been useable the first time. Will never buy from this company again as they have horrible customer service and do not stand by their products.
