Another smooth ride with Your Transit Hub. This time, a long-term rental of a VW Golf. The car performed well throughout the 6 months I had it on rental. On the couple of occasions, I needed to speak with the company contact I had immediate and positive responses.
I highly recommend Samuel and his team.

Turo has good customer service. And are accommodating where possible.
I would suggest having the exact location of the vehicle before collection time would be most appreciative.

Sam and his team were great and so was there communication in terms of response time and the car was smooth enjoyed my trip and would defo book again

Great experience with the car. So easy to access. Easy pickup and very responsive hosts.

Rented a car for a week, and the experience was pleasant. Great car and service.

Great Experience with the YTH Team. Exceptional staff, excellent service.

Really happy customer. Very happy with the service provided through the Turo app. The car was very clean and easy to drive. That being said if there was any constructive feedback to give it would be to make the check in and check out process a bit smoother. It being done remotely meant a bit of waiting around and confusion regarding contacting the host via the Turo app. Junior and his team were very helpful though and understanding when I returned the car a bit earlier. Thanks for a great rental and service. Would recommend!

Great host and easy to communicate whenever I had a doubt with the car.

In my experience as a Turo customer, I found the service to be satisfactory. The vehicle I rented corresponded precisely to the description provided in the listing, and it was both clean and in excellent condition. The support team demonstrated professionalism in their interactions with me.

I hired through Turo app, which is a great service it is easy to use. The collection and drop off waa quick and smooth thanks to Sam and Chioma with excellent, quick and responsive service. The car wa ls great too, will defo use again in the future. Dionne
