A great company to buy from
Tiles look and feel great. Amazing selection on webpage. Samples arrived very quickly. Main order arrived ahead of schedule. Customer services were lovely. Tiles packaged extremely well. Doorstep is now the pride of the street!
Only 2 minor flaws in the perfect experience:
1) The tile quantity calculator doesn’t stand up against numpitude so ended up only tiling 1 doorstep rather than 2 - long story due to patterns
2) The webpage isn’t perfect to use on a mobile phone, especially when there are too many amazing tiles to choose from - too many options and the list going back to the 1st items each time
But neither issue stops me giving a 5 star review as everything else was a chef’s kiss top notch

Hi Vicki,
Thank you for your review — we’re really pleased to hear you’re so happy with the tiles and the overall experience.
It’s great to know the samples and main order arrived quickly, and that the packaging and service stood out. Hearing that your doorstep is now the pride of the street is lovely to read.
We appreciate your feedback on both the tile calculator and mobile browsing experience. The calculator is designed as an estimate and doesn’t account for more complex layouts or patterns, but we’ll certainly take your comments on board as we continue to improve the website.
Thank you again for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
Many thanks,

Hi,
Thank you for your review — we’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the service.
We understand your frustration around collection times and delivery costs. As tiles are heavy and fragile, delivery is handled via specialist couriers and the charges reflect those rates, which we pass on directly. We’ll also take your feedback on collection hours on board.
