Now our go-to tile supplier
The variety of choice of tiles, and the uniqueness of the various patterns, is unparalled. The showroom in Doncaster is laid out in a very helpful way. Tiles and bathroom items are displayed in a logical and creative way, which helps the visitor better understand how items and finishes would look and work in their own space. The staff at the showroom are very helpful and accommodating.

no phone number
Everything was top notch, until I needed more Grout and 1 more tile, I rang the number for ever, then had to go to the shop only to be told there is no phone line, it is ridiculous that you have to go through customer service to buy extras and they cost more !!!

Hi Lady Doyle,
Thank you for your review.
We’re pleased to hear you were happy with your experience overall, although we’re sorry to hear there was some confusion when you needed to order a little more grout and an additional tile.
Just to clarify, the showrooms do not have separate direct phone lines. We use one central number, which goes through to our customer service team. This phone line is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and outside of these hours an automated message is played to let customers know we are closed.
During opening hours, calls are usually answered straight away. There may occasionally be a short wait if the team are already helping other customers, but calls are routed through customer service so customers can speak to the team with access to order details, delivery information, stock updates and other enquiry information.
Our product prices are also the same online and in store. We only have one set of prices across Fayrouz Tile & Stone, so there should not be a difference between ordering through the website, customer service or at the showroom.
While the London showroom does not hold full stock of every product, the team can still help place orders for collection. If the tile and grout were not available to take away on the day, an order could have been placed and sent to the London showroom for collection once ready, or delivered directly too you.
Alternatively, top-up orders can be placed online for delivery or showroom collection. They do not have to be placed exclusively through our customer service team; customers are welcome to order in whichever way is easiest for them.
Many thanks,
Fayrouz Tile & Stone

The tiles are incredibly beautiful
The tiles are incredibly beautiful, especially when you see them in real life, rather than online. The ordering process was very easy and efficient, keeping me informed at each stage of delivery.
It's great to be able to see the tiles in the shop which gives a much better idea of what to expect. The Cross Street shop is lovely and Karmen was a delight to deal with. She helped with additional orders efficiently and professionally. She knows the stock backwards and has a strong aesthetic sense and understanding of the importance of colour for the grout. Above all she is friendly, warm, enaged and charming. One does not feel 'sold to'. She genuinely helped me find the right solutions and was interested in my project. I very much enjoyed dealing with her.

Nice tiles, would recommend.
The tiles arrived in good time and were on the whole really good quality. There is a slight fading to the face which takes the clarity from the finish, but overall I am happy with them.

Hi Ian,
Thank you for your review — we’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the tiles overall and that they arrived in good time.
In terms of the finish, some tiles are designed with subtle tonal variation or a softer surface detail. This is often part of the overall look rather than a defect.
We appreciate your feedback and your recommendation.

Tiles were great and look fabulous now…
Tiles were great and look fabulous now they're up. Service was good too.
What was not good was the recommended tile cement/grout. The recommendation for the number of tiles was 2x3kg bags but the first bag was finished after barely 1/4 of the tiles were up. I saved the other to grout with but that went off far too quickly to finish the job.
So in summary everything was excellent apart from the cement which was rubbish.

Hi Ric,
Thank you for your review — we’re really pleased to hear the tiles look great now they’re installed and that you were happy with the service.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the adhesive and grout. The quantities suggested on our website are estimates based on standard assumptions. In practice, factors like surface conditions, tile size, application method and working time can all affect how much is needed and how quickly the product sets.
We’ll take your comments on board, and if you ever need guidance on quantities for a specific project, our team is always happy to help.
Many thanks,
Fayrouz Tile & Stone
