Shipping states 7-10 days which is long enough but expect to wait longer!! Otherwise nice piece of equipment just a shame how long it took

Ordered nearly four weeks ago and still no item, even after numerous emails. So I'm £50 down and nothing to show. Clearly a bunch of crooks operating this.
AVOID!!!

Ordered and was told delivery would be 7-10 days....After 10 working days, I e-mailed on 3 occasions to obtain an update with no reply....The I Fit heart rate monitor then was finally delivered from Poznan in Poland nearly a month after it was ordered...very happy with product but YSP communication is shocking. I ordered in good time for my wife's birthday and was disapponted it turned 3 weeks after.....

Given 7-10 days as delivery estimate. No update after 10 days.

Used website live chat-a bot not a person-no response even when it said the complaint would be sent to a staff member.

3 emails sent to them asking for an update on my order...all ignored, not even an acknowledgement of my email.

Wish had looked at this site before ordering from them...seems other people have had the same bad experience by this company.

The company only replied after I raised a complaint with PayPal.

Even then, they gave no apologies for the delay and just said the product was being sent out. The order will arrive 7 days after the guaranteed date when I bought it.

Amazing service, got exactly what I asked for and shipped out quickly.
Great price as well a lot cheaper than elsewhere.
Me and my partner are chuffed with what we ordered.

Waited a long time but did keep in contact and get back to me in response good price but long Wait off putting for an order of anything else sorry guys must do better

Tried to get away with not delivering the item until I complained to paypal. Now i have returned and they won't give me a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM.

ever since i ordered, i wrote emails to cancel my order, nobody bothered to reply and item was sent 20 days late, after my grand son's birthday had passed, now i dont know how to return the item because nobody is ansering my emails, perhaps somebody can advise me how i can return the item and get my money back, thanks

Worse customer service I have ever come across worse company I have come across thought they was going to be a legitimate business but turns out to be far from it I would not recommend ANYONE to buy form these I would give them NO STARTS if I could

No communication from this company product still not arrived -they just do not care

Items ordered. Confirmation email received. No further communication received until an email, six working days post order, cancelling the order. No reason given; no apology in the email. No refund yet received. Shabby.

I have placed an order for a Nike jacket, it’s been over 2 weeks since my order and I have received no update whatsoever and I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them and still no reply! Shocking service considering how much my order cost.

Took forever to come it says 7-10 working days delivery but it takes longer then that.

Sent the wrong size sweatshirt and unwilling to send me a returns form. Additionally waited two weeks for the order to arrive. Do not use this site !

No communication, item took double the number of days to be delivered after I had to chase

If there was a zero star experience, that’s what I would have rated this company. I have requested an exchange for the same product but a different size - only to be told - I have to pay for the product to be returned to Poland(!), then if it’s still undamaged I’ll get a refund. This company is complete shambles! I won’t even go into details of how long it took from ordering to actually receiving my order because they don’t have any stock in UK, but they keep that quiet when you’re placing your order. Take your money elsewhere and order from a company where you might actually pay a few quid more, but you’ll get your order within a couple of days and if anything doesn’t fit etc, you won’t have any hassle returning what you do not need. If this is how they treat their customers, I’m very surprised they are still trading in the UK. Hopefully a lot more people will leave an honest review of this company. Oh and very conveniently they don’t list a telephone number on their website, only an automated email enquiry.

Numerous e-mails, totally non-existant customer service

Despatch time took too long. Delivery took too long for a paid service. Customer service is non existent. Returns policy is too short and I still don't know if it covers size exchanges.
