Your Plumber Omdömen

Did a good job in repairing my leaking toilet and kitchen sink (drain pipe). Took longer than estimated, but not through any fault of the engineer, therefore I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Your Plumber's services.

Knowledgeable plumbers and excellent customer service from Lucy from start to finish.

I FOUND THIS PLUMMER WAS VERY GOOD, NO IFS OR BUTS JUST GOT ON WITH THE JOB IN HAND GREAT.

Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Kevin turned up on time, mentioned any problems that might occur and talked me through them. We would certainly use him again.

caring and very helpful plumber, cleaned up professionally afterwards well done

We felt confident from the moment we opened the front door to Your Plumber Colin, who proved most efficient and personable. We won't hesitate to use his Service in the future.

I have absolutely no doubts in recommending Greg and Your Plumber, following my experience over the past couple of days. Greg worked tirelessly to remove, replace and move six radiators in our hone and when faced with any problems he worked his way around them quickly and effectively. Greg was professional, on time and worked very hard to achieve the job in two days. I was also hugely impressed with Lucy at Your Plumber who was always on hand to advise and guide me through the process and provide advice on radiators and what spec I needed to buy. All in all a really happy experience and I am 100% satisfied with the results and would heartily recommend!

Polite, in time, informative and friendly. Thank you.

Initial contact was within about 3 minutes of submitting request through Worcester Bosch website. Service engineer arrived within agreed time and carried out service to our satisfaction and for agreed price. Still waiting for invoice and gas safety certificate by e-mail though.

The plumber was prompt and efficient. He fitted our new tap quickly and it works perfectly.

The plumber arrived on time , and introduced himself and then got straight into the job of replacing the shower.
I couldn’t fault the finished job and was happy with the cost.
I would certainly use Your Plumber again, and would recommend them.

Fantastic, stress free booking and all work completed as requested.

Great telephone service when booking, nice and polite plumber arrived on time, did the job quickly with the minimum of fuss, for a good price. Can;t ask for any more

Greg visited my property the day after I made the initial enquiry and did a brilliant job. The blockage was much more difficult to clear than originally expected but my tenant said he worked tirelessly to get the job completed! Highly recommend.

Very good service, efficient and courteous. Will use again if necessary.

chris was very professional and friendly. explained the problem with the boiler and offered a solution in a clear and understandable manner

After a few boiler-related difficulties over the years, when we needed to replace our boiler we were determined to find a good local firm to do the work. With the help of online reviews and a good gut feeling from the survey, we accepted a very competitive fixed price quote to do the whole job properly.
Dan understood our needs and explained the process very well. He was very responsive and organised, so we always knew what was happening.
The engineers Jack and Matt were professional, polite and clean. Everything that needed explaining was explained well.
We received an excellent and properly personal level of service from Your Plumber. They are a credit to themselves and an example to others. We would recommend them to anyone.

From initial contact, visit to view problem, supply quote and complete the work the whole transaction was conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner. All the people concerned were very helpful and proficient.
